This was our second visit to Mercure Hurghada ,one again everything was excellent. The hotel is clean, well organized,and the staff are friendly. A special thank you to FIFA from The kids club -she is honestly the best staff member we met. Very caring professional,and amazing with children, she really made our stay even better.we will definitely come back again.

I'd like to thank all the staff in mercure Hurghada as we enjoyed our stay there and it is not the first time we visit mercure. I'd like to thank specially fifa at kids club as she is so kind & helpful wz the kids & they enjoyed the kids disco at night. I'd like to visit it again 🌹🌹
