Polite staff Quick check-in and out Quiet room Comfortable bed slept quite well Poor shower really not powerful No hair conditioner No body lotion In a four star hotel expected better amenities Would use this hotel again but it wouldn't be my first choice I didn't eat in the hotel or drink in the bar so cannot judge these.

No sooner arrived no sooner wanted to leave!!! If you are a family of 5 do not book this hotel which is not kids friendly at all!!! And proposed separated 2 bedrooms, with Little 3 children who can not sleep alone when the 2 rooms are not twins but separated by others clients’ bedrooms!!! I never see that!!! We used to travel with our 3 kids and we never, never knew this situation !!! Even the e-mail i sent to the hotel before our Check in! Even when you arrives very early in the morning and Asked especially for communicated rooms ( before the Check out of rooms … so easy for the staff to organise the availability …) and asked again and again all day!!!! The perfect 10 years birthday of my first kid we hope, is turning to a nightmare with family crisis!!! My husband is sleeping alone and me I sleep in the middle of my three kids with no place at all, no confort!!! « It is like this! »That’s the answer!! And no availabily all around hotels!!! In adition, rooms are not so clean, no attention at all !!!

The hotel was great, but the breakfast was horrendous. I arrived before 7am, so less than 30 mins before breakfast started. I decided to treat myself to a non-health breakfast, but the bacon, sausages and beans were all stone cold. They were under heat lamps, but didn't make a difference. Also they had the cheapest, reconstituted orange juice.. Not at all the breakfast to start you day with

Great location

The location is perfect, close to bus stops and to the most famous spots in the city, I didn't give a 5 for two reasons: (1) They didn't change the bed sheets in any of my 14 days stay, the room was always tidied up, bathroom towels replaced but the bed sheets were always the same (2) The breakfast was exactly the same on these 14 days, it was a good breakfast but I was surprised to see the exact same things every day besides that, the staff was very friendly and there was always seats available during breakfast, the hotel is very clean, I'd recommend this place for its location

Horrendous check in. No welcome

The previous time I stayed at this hotel I was extremely impressed so decided to return. This was a real mistake. The check-in was horrendous and as soon as I gave my name she asked for ID. We are British citizens and not used to being asked this, never mind the minute we walked through the door. I am an Accor silver member this is not the 'welcome ' I expect and certainly not usual. I showed her my Accor app on my phone with all my details but seemingly this didn't confirm who I am. She repeatedly barked that she needed ID. Why would I have all my details on my phone if I was not me? She did eventually accep my payment card as ID without thinking it could have been stolen with my phone!!! Illogical in the extreme! My husband asked if she was saying that we couldn't stay and she then accepted the payment card as ID What a distressing palaver which I didn't need as I was going to the hospital the next day for a new cancer therapy. I had wanted a relaxing evening but ended up truly distressed by the behaviour of this receptionist This was truly disappointing since our last visit was perfect The next night we stayed at another Accor hotel where the whol experience was special from the welcome onwards How can there be such a difference??
