Pui (FO) the receptionist was very kind and her hospitality made this stay an amazing and warm one. When I had some issues with the showering facility, she immediately helped me call the janitor to help. Very professional.

I have been to this hotel several times and have always been satisfied with my stay. The staff very friendly and helpful in everything you need. Spectacular breakfast yes you can find everything !! 100% recommended.

Nice room and comfy bed

We stayed only for 1 night. The room is nice, huge and clean. Our room has bathtub. Dinner buffet is great value , breakfast is tasty with many option. Hotel located out of Bangkok business area but convenient, Monorail is nearby. Comfortable stay.

内装も新しくなって明るくなりました。空港へのTAXI　とHOTEL　LIMOUSINE　SERVIEの　CHOICEが無くなっていました。（早朝ではありましたが）安全確保からでしょうか？

部屋もきれいで、食事もおいしく、全体としては大変満足している。

・8月31日に朝から一日中、エアコン(冷房）が停止した---事前にアナウンスがあったので準備はできた。・9月1日の朝、お湯が全く出ず、水でシャワーを浴びることになった---何の連絡もなし。謝罪もなし。本来であれば満足度"10点"の評価でも良かったが、これらのトラブルにより”7点"に原点した。次回宿泊時は快適に過ごせるように期待する。
