For a 3 star hotel I have no complaints. Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean. Food is good. Staff are good. Have stayed here multiple times and each time the hotel has exceeded my expectations. The only down side is the location however this is offset by a courtesy shuttle to nearest BTS If you are looking for a clean hotel this is it. Dont forget to check out the rooftop bar has a great view of the city

I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel, thanks to Takky and the kind staff. I thought I lost my bracelet, and they immediately helped by checking the security cameras and re-checking the room. They even sent me a letter confirming the security check, which I truly appreciated. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

部屋が広くてきれいでした。フェイスタオル、バスタオルが二セット、バスマット、トイレットペーパー、瓶入りの水、ティーバッグ、粉コーヒー、が置いてあります。 冷蔵庫が少し小さいかな。長期滞在者向けではない。ただ一般的なホテルにあるサイズ。 アメニティは以上。スリッパがないが少し残念。 朝食はどれもおいしかった。特にその場で焼いてくれるオムレツと日替わりのフルーツ。 洗濯機と乾燥機が１台ずつしかない。それでめっちゃ待ちます。大変。あとコインかタイ専用のQRコード決済しか使えない。フロントが優しいので、使い方が分からなければ何でも聞くといいと思う。 空港送迎車は事前決済制。

掃除、タオルの交換が毎日されていました。 アメニティ（ハブラシ,ひげそりなど）は、フロントにリクエストする必要があります。 新しい洗濯機,乾燥機が有料（各100THB）で設置されています。

Can’t really fault the hotel Check in and check was efficient and late checkout was offered for loyalty scheme with the hotel of 3pm Location is about a 5 minute walk from the mrt which makes it easy to get around Bangkok and it’s not in a extremely busy area so it’s more quiet The room I had was decent and good size for an ibis styles room. The room was in need of some maintenance as I think you can still see earthquake damage to the room, like a crack in the wall and danger tape flying around outside the window. Room was clean, wifi was decent and would stay here again when the price is right
