Terrible experience

My father had a reservation we tried to cancel a month before because unfortunately unfortunately, was involved in a terrible car accident resulting in a severe spinal injury. He underwent emergency surgery and now must remain immobile for at least a month. A medical situation entirely unforeseen and beyond our control, still the hotel charged my father a month before the reservation 80% of his reserve payment after been a loyal customer of the hotel, denoting a tremendous lack of humanity and a quality of service far below what one would expect from this establishment. I will like to share this experience with all necessary parties, highlighting the lack of consideration and poor quality of service received by the hotel staff and direction,

Always a great service here - no-frills hotel but plenty of parking a nice breakfast! Close to Versaille and other attractions. The staff here really make the hotel though - always friendly and helpful!

Excellent business trip

I am a regular guest at this hotel and always I get a warm welcome and excellent service. Although the bar and catering is basic it is acceptable and convenient. For me it is ideally located close to my place of work and is close to the motorway network.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at hotel Ibis Jouy en Jozas. The establishment is well located : in under ten minutes by car you are at the gates of Versailles palace. The twenty four hour reception is very convenient for people who want to attend an evening event (grandes eaux nocturnes) at the palace. The hotel offers free parking, another plus which is hard to find near Versailles. The room was clean with a good mattress and a fine shower. The area is quiet and allows a good sleep. The walls seem rather thin but our neighbours did not bother us at night. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered good variation.

hotel cancelled my booking without notifying me

arrived to the hotel and been told that the room got cancelled by them. had to find another hotel which was about 15km away. the receptionist was rude and wanted to kick me out without waiting for taxi arrival. had to remind him that i will call to police to shut him up. overall terrible service and poor customer relationship.
