Thank you very much for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with our cleanliness and breakfast during your stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the lack of a refrigerator, complimentary water, and slippers in the room, as well as the noise from the street. Thank you for your feedback. Please be informed that certain amenities such as slippers, bottled water and complimentary coffee, tea, or kettles are not standard features at Ibis hotels. If you have higher expectations regarding these services, we recommend staying at other hotels within our chain where such facilities are available.
