A very good hotel in a great location close to public transport, which makes getting around Budapest easy. The rooms are clean, well-kept and comfortable. What truly stands out, however, is the staff, who showed great understanding, empathy and full professionalism in a difficult situation I found myself in. You rarely come across such a high standard of service. I will recommend this hotel with full confidence

We booked with Jet2 for a city break, ideally situated within walking distance of buses, metro, shops, restaurants. We had a back facing room on the 5th floor, clean room and comfy beds Reception staff were helpful Breakfast was good, plenty of choice Luggage room available if you have a late flight Bar in reception

Konum kötü, otel kapısı önünde evsiz insanlar kalıyor. Otele herkes rahatça girip çıkıyor. Hiç güvenli değil. Odada otel terliği yok. Duştan çıkınca ıslak ayakla ya yere yada ayakkabıya basmak gerekiyor. odadaki eşyalar çok eski. Oteldeki halılar çok eski ve kirliydi. Kısaca rezalete yakındı. Kesinlikle bir daha kalmak istemem

Odalarda terlik yok, su yok, saç kurutma makinaları yetersiz. İkramlık kahve, çay ve kettle yok. Sadece konumu çok güzel.

If you have higher expectations regarding these services, we recommend staying at other hotels within our chain where such facilities are available.
