Sehr gute Lage. Braucht Renovation (neue Teppiche..) Sauberkeit im Badezimmer sehr gut, im Zimmer und insbesondere bei den Fenstern verbesserungsfähig. Ich bin mir von Novotel höheren Standart gewöhnt.

Personal freundlich, aber agiert leider nur nach Anweisung und Anleitung. Außerhalb der Anleitung wird’s problematisch. Hotel eher dreckig und runtergekommen. Frühstück für den Preis leider nicht genießbar. Eier waren kalt. Also eigentlich waren alle Speisen kalt. Die Teller waren dreckig das Geschirr war dreckig. Vier Sterne nicht würdig
