NOVOTEL PARIS ORLY Kevin DARKO UTUKA. Assistant front office Manager I am writing to express my sincerest gratitude for the truly exceptional experience I had during my stay . While the hotel itself is stunning and lives up to all expectations including the restaurant with its wonderful menu and service . The immaculate rooms were very calming - to lovely common areas - what truly sets the hotel apart is the staff. Unfortunately, I became unwell during my stay, and the compassion and care shown by Kevin DARKO UTUKA was beyond anything I could have imagined. A special thank you to Kevin DARKO UTUKA and his team who were incredibly helpful and attentive who checked in on me to see if I needed anything. Their empathy and genuine concern made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. This level of service is a testament to the high standards the hotel maintains . My stay was memorable not just for the beautiful setting, but for the humanity and warmth of the staff. I will certainly be recommending Novotel Paris Orly Rungis hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning soon. Denny Hearn

Terrible, horrible, annoying hotel ever i've encountered in my entire life and so on.

We had very terrible experience this hotel. First when we came in the middle of the night they give me keys and they said that everything is fine with our hotel, but when i open our hotel room there was people inside. I was really in shocked, how can that be happened. So i started to question those receptionist and they couldn't find any answer. We needed to wait up until 1am to wait for our new hotel room. but in the end they give us room but it was so ugly room and cheap, which that was not the room we payed for. It was so annoying. terrible and we have small kid with us and that time. They ruined our whole vacation. And the most horrible and terrible is they didn't return our deposit money. Ive been following them up every week but they have just stupid question from us. It was 350€ they didn't return and im still fighting that money. They can't just take that from us.

Stayed here for a only for a night. The hotel is very close to orly airport and offers shuttle bus service to and from airport. The staff were professional and customer friendly. The restaurant on the ground floor served decent continental food. Our stay was comfortable.

Booked this one as it was 24hr reception and my flight was landing fairly late. The shuttle stops before then and it was VERY hard to convince a taxi to take me. Too far to walk at midnight with luggage. Not particularly convenient the next morning to get to CDG so in the end uber was the best option. Room was clean but felt run-down. As I was only there about 6 hours I didn't use any of the other facilities

The hotel is great especially the rooms but the restaurant is a disaster. It takes so long to order and even longer for the food to arrive. Horribly unorganized and inefficient. The room in the other hand is spacious and modern. It took us minimal time to check in and settle in the room.
