This hotel is simply fabulous! Its staff is very supporting, accommodating and helpful. It is located literally 5 min away from the castle. Perfect location - perfect service - and - perfect rooms. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Rooms are super clean. Book this hotel without any reservation or hesitation. I hope this is of some assistance to you and your family. Merci!

Lovely minibreak

Great little mini-break, two nights in March. We got a great price on a superior room with a view of the medieval city, massive room with both a shower and bath, comfy bed, modern and clean, couldn't ask for more. Great location just a few minutes' walk from the old city, and maybe 10-15 mins from the modern city, but a nice walk there by the river, watching little lizards on the Pont Vieux! We didn't try the pool as it was out of season but the gardens were lovely. My husband left his coat in the wardrobe when we left and Reception replied super quickly and arranged return postage to us, husband very happy to be reunited with his coat!

Excellent location to visit the medieval town of Carcassonne …. 5 minutes away from the main gate. This hotel offers parking which was needed as we were travelling by car and they do have charging station for your EV which is great ! Room was somewhat small but comfy. Have breakfast on site and I recommend you sign up for as it offers all of what you need for a great start of the day

Very nice hotel walking distance from the 'Citadel'. Good bedrooms and bathrooms, decent restaurant. A particular nice feature is the free refrigerated water fountain on the bar with bottles supplied to take to your room. Slippers and dressing gowns also provided which is a nice touch Staff on Reception were outstandingly helpful, thank you!!!
