Kilka razy w roku jestem gościem Hotelu. Jest mi dobrze znany. Blisko do lotniska no i marka hotelu. Ceniłem sobie także reakcje personelu na problemy, które zgłaszałem. Problemem, który jednak się stale powtarza to restauracja i bar. Powiedziałem sobie, że jeśli wybiorę ponownie ten Hotel to nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z baru i restauracji. Ponieważ podróżuję sam jestem dla kelnerów jakby niewidzialny. Takie odnoszę wrażenie po jakości obsługi. Na pewno nie jestem mile widzianym gościem. Przykład: w restauracji obsługiwało mnie 3 kelnerów i żaden na początku kolacji nie zaproponował mi wody, uczyniono to dopiero pod koniec kolacji gdy zorientowano się że nic nie stoi na stole. Menu podawano na raty, ponieważ pierwszy z kelnerów nie podał promocyjnego. Najmilsza w tym towarzystwie była kobieta. Szkoda pisać dalej nie czułem się komfortowo. Bar - chciałem skorzystać z napoju powitalnego. Pierwsze kelner mnie nie zauważał, potem kiwnął głową że widzi i wyszedł z baru nie mówiąc słowa. Okazało się że poszedł serwować wino innym gościom. Gdy wrócił w sposób bardzo ostentacyjny położył na ladzie piwo, aż się wylała zawartość, nie zaproponował orzeszków i chipsów, które zwykle dostają goście jako przekąskę - ja nie dostałem. Dziękuje obsłudze w recepcji że od razu odpowiedziała na mój opis nie licząc rachunku z restauracji. Na śniadaniu nie było lepiej zamówiony Omlet zaserwowany był z pretensjami, że w ogóle czegokolwiek chcę. Po chwili do restauracji na śniadanie wszedł chyba ktoś z kierownictwa, bo kelnerki serwowały mu kawę do stolika obsługa była zupełnie inna. Pokój także jak na taki apartament nadaje się chyba do remonty zacieki w lewym rogu sypialni nie sa najmilszym widokiem.

Bed metress not good enough . They must be replaced with the new ones . Room was not cleaned even it was mentioned to clean room outside door . Reception is very fast and good . Specially when you check in online . Breakfast was excellent

Al is fine as in Pullman should be, and it is but... we found that fornitures are in not “Pullman brand standards”, blankets with few holes... hair dryer not working.... just few details, but enough to improve. My room was 533

We have stayed here multiple times while travelling through Madrid and making a quick stop. What really sets the Pullman apart from other options is its location and service. Yes there is an airport shuttle that you might have to wait up to 40 minutes for, which we have several times, but there is an easy alternative. If you will be travelling on the metro you may as well buy a day pass in the airport and go on the metro to a stop a block away from the hotel. No waiting, metro runs every few minutes and if weather is good you have a quick safe walk to the hotel. The metro can also be used in the morning if the shuttle is full or late. Up to you. As far as the room. It is fairly standard, but has enough room to spread out, also a very comfortable bed that is far superior to what is offered at the adjoining Novotel. Room was also very quiet even though it faces out toward the feria. If noise is a concern there are rooms that face inwards to the pool area, so its up to you. We also very much appreciate the great service at check in that you get from the men and women at the front desk. Even when we arrive earlier than check in time they find a way to get us a room so we can get our baggage in a room, or take a nap, and get into the city as quick as we can. Always appreciated. I will always pick the Pullman above other airport options when flying through Madrid.

Very nice Hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable, above average for a hotel bed. The bar area was very nice where we had a nice snack and drink, again the staff were very good

By far the best hotel in Madrid Airport area

I believe it is by far the best option in the Madrid Airport area. All the other hotels are locked in the middle of industrial nowhere -- whilst Pullman/ Novotel is just across the road from the Juan Carlos park - which is vast and great for walks. The hotel itself is well balanced -- room size, bed comforts etc.are really good. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful. As a summer destination in Madrid it is the smartest option -- bearing in mind the affordable pricing and easy reach of the city.

This is a 2/3-star hotel claiming to be a 4-star. Positives: reliable AP shuttle, shiny spacious reception area, good wifi, good breakfast and its staff, good AC. Negatives: outdated rooms: My room had a broken lock and no chain, old TV with bad pic and sound, one bed cover type that leaves you no options. The pool area and its staff a big joke: no parasols (what you see in pics is not what you get), bad cs in the pool cafeteria, pools shared with the adjacent Novotel no respect for announced working hours. Reception staff do not recognize loyal clients. I got this on a good deal so no regret here but a warning if you are planning to pay top € for it thinking that you are paying for a 4-star.

5 night stay - reasonable accomodation

The accommodation was close to the IFEMA. Convenient location. Although this premise is far from the city, the subway is only a few mins walk away. Rooms are dated and probably needs refurbishing. Had an incident with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. Probably this was a once off issue and it was professionally resolved. I would like to thank the front desk manager for managing this appropriately. Beds are comfortable. Service was good and staff was friendly. Breakfast was average. Gym was small. One of the perks of staying here is that they provide a free shuttle service every 30mins to and fro the airport. In view of its location and the condition of the hotel, I would only recommend staying here if you are attending a conference at the IFEMA, have business commitments around the location or needing an accomodation close to the airport -

Często korzystam z tego hotelu podróżując samolotem do i z Hiszpanii. dobry dojazd na lotnisko Bus serwis. Mam chyba pecha do restauracji i baru zawsze się coś wydarzy. śniadanie klapa brudne krzesła słaby wybór dań. zresztą dochodzę do wniosku, że w tym Hotelu nie warto wystawiać opinii i tak nic nie zmienią.

A good Pullman hotel

This is a good Pullman hotel only 3 metro stops from T4S and there is a free Shuttle to and from the Airport. Checkin was fast and my Accor status was recognised. The room was large clean and modern. The bathroom was also large and clean. Overall a good hotel and with good metro connections into the Center of Madrid.

Jako gość z wysokim statusem w sieci Accor jeszcze nigdy nie byłem tak rozpieszczany jak w tym hotelu.Drinki powitalne na najwyższym poziomie.Wstawka,upominek na duży plus.Piękna łazienka z dużą kabiną prysznicową.Prosiłem o przynajmniej 1 dostawkę (nocowałem z 2 dzieci)-dostałem 2 dostawki.Śniadania tez pyszne z dużym wyborem potraw i świetnymi wędlinami hiszpańskimi.Jak dla mnie minusów brak.

The room was the highest floor as requested and I appreciated that. The room needs a little care as the floors were scratched up, the sofabed with stains and the curtains ripped. Also, the shower was cleaned with something that smelt very bad. Otherwise, it was a comfortable, clean and peaceful room, wifi was fine. Breakfast was good. Shuttle driver was reliable and service was good. I am not sure what has happened to the Pullman since I last stayed there but I was very disappointed my third stay. Obviously, I returned because the reception service was very good and exceeded my expectations beforehand. This time, I was greeted well enough but then it went downhill. During the weekend, the reception staff who never made eye contact or said hello, I found overall unhospitable. However, it was specifically the two Enriques (reception and his Manager) who were very rude towards me. I found the reception overly defensive, talking back and 'putting me in my place', insincere and making my experience at the hotel very unpleasant. His manager was equally unpleasant to deal with in the way he talked to me. Both made it very clear how I was not of much significance as a guest . Anyway, it doesn't really matter as the Pullman has seen it acceptable to hire such employees. All it means is I won't return there ever again because I don't wish to repeat such unpleasant experiences in Madrid, a city I adore and where I often go for both business and pleasure.

Great hotel near Madrid Airport

I stayed in this hotel twice this year (Apr & Jul). The first time, I stayed for 9 nights. Quite a long stay for me. But it didn't feel that way. Nice bed, awesome shower, and great location. Great hotel, in short. I was placed on 4th floor (executive floor) on both stays. It has modern decor, different from those on the other floors. It has bottled water by the elevator, which sometimes wasn't replenished on time. Room was spacious and clean. It had fridge, coffee machine, safe deposit box, bath robes, and slippers. TV can use a little bit of upgrade. But then again, I wasn't there to spend much time in front of it & there wasn't much to watch either, so it wasn't a big deal at all. Internet speed was fast (awesome!), but not so during my 2nd stay. Hotel is located less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Hotel offers shuttle bus which runs between Pullman, ibis, and airport every hour. It is 3 minutes away by foot from the metro station. So it was easy trying to get into the city. Best is, coming back, I didn't need to pay the metro surcharge, which is mandatory for ride into terminals. Staff at reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were friendly. There was one restaurant staff who's a bit grumpy though. Anything I would change in the hotel room is the sink in the bathroom. It has very nice look. Modern and sleek, but not practical. I had to turn up the water so it wouldn't spill on the sink. Wasteful, in my opinion. But if I turn it down, water would flow onto area around the sink. Causing a mess. Aside from this, I enjoyed my stays there and would definitely return.

Great short stay hotel near the airport

This is a really good hotel near the airport. Excellent facilities and staff are very friendly. Airport shuttle is provided. If you want to get to the city, the Metro line is a short walk away and you are in the center of the city in no time. Two swimming pools are very welcome during the heat of summer.

very happy with our choice to stay here on our return to Australia. Large comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and good staff in bar and Cafe. Breakfast options in buffet are more than adequate including a good selection of fruit plus pod coffee options. There is a large sculpture park nearby (but was raining so didn't fully explore) but this is more of an overnighter or conference location than a tourist destination in its own right. free shuttle to/from airport.

The hotel is very good. I had noise issues with the air conditioning and they got another room arranged quickly. Good quite location close to the metro station. The breakfast has a good spread and variety.
