Had very low expectations because of all the bad reviews. However it's not that bad or I was lucky. The room was small (but it's normal for an Ibis) but fortunately there was no street noise or serious malfunctions. The room wasn't too hot although it was +30 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. It was a bit odd but nobody on the front desk spoke any English. I know I'm in France but this is an international chain hotel in a touristic city (Poitiers is very nice and underrated, by the way). One more thing - my stay cost me 25 EUR. If the price was 2-3 times higher, perhaps I would be more picky.

Would definitely not stay here again

We were put in a swelteringly hot room despite the hotel knowing that the air conditioning was not functional. When we discovered this late in the evening we were told that there was nothing they could do. They could not even provide a fan. The room was really small and the shower room was minuscule - I have seen larger loos in an aeroplane.

Horrible stay with no help from the reception or director

No hot water for 4 days. Impossible to take a shower and no help from the reception of fixing it. Rooms are very small and not comfortable. Director of the hotel is impolite and very unhelpful. It’s a very bad bad experience and I will never go there again. Read other reviews and make sure you decide carefully.

Cold water : that is normal sir when you get up at 6 AM - Never again

The rooms are very small even for an IBIS. The location is very good. Regretfully they appear to have a very strange mindset: A) 1 disabled parking space: where one could find a Maserati parked (needless to say not for a handicapped person) B) We advised we would leave at 6AM, and complained at check out that after having let the water run for close to 10 minutes we ended up having to take a shower. Answer: That is normal sir, you are the first up and the water needs to heat!

Worst stay ever

Arrived sign says car park fully pre booked ,you can not reserve parking. Did not receive room I had reserved as per web site with small childs bed. Dog in adjacent room barking all the time whilst area manager claims it was external. Am offered alternative room which my wife had declined but reception rang to offer same when I was fast asleep. Someone drove in to my wife's car ,could only have been one car and desk take note of numbers. I have been to this hotel about 20 times and this was just a complete waste of money Awful
