The worst hotel - i encourage you to find something/anything else. All relevant comments from other people’s 1 star are true so I won’t repeat the comments. Frontdesk personnel was very disrespectful and the treatment was rude. We hated it!

I am used to going there with my partner. The lady at the breakfast is absolutely lovely, the gentlemen who is usualy there at the bar is also great. However, I have had such a bad experience yesterday that I must complain. It was borderline traumatic. I went to watch football and ordered champagne. I did absolutely nothing wrong . The barman was highly incompetent and impolite to the point of refusing to serve me deliberately. He started being insulting and I reacted stating that he was completely incompetent and that the bar closed at midnight. I was judged for my values and one friendly conversation that I had with people sitting next to me. It was franckly awfull and uncalled-for, humiliating ., I have never seen even the worse client being treated in such way anywhere !

Ibis Nice Centre Gare hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near the airport and in close proximity to train, bus, and tram stations, making it an ideal choice for travellers. Our experience was greatly enhanced by Laurent, the hotel reception manager, who was exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to the 8th floor, along with a thoughtful gift for my daughter to celebrate her birthday, which we truly appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a chair, providing ample space for relaxation. While the bathroom was compact, it served its purpose well, although we did encounter a slight unpleasant odour that could be improved upon. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, but it was unfortunately closed for the season during our visit. Overall, the customer service we received was outstanding, and considering the reasonable price we paid, our stay was certainly worthwhile. For those arriving from the airport, I recommend taking tram line 2 to STATION JEAN MÉDECIN, and then using Google Maps to navigate the short 5-10 minute walk to the hotel. Additionally, be sure to purchase a Metropole Nice Côte d’Azur bus/tram card from the station for around €10, and remember to validate it to avoid any hefty fines. Apart from that I’m sure you will enjoy your stay!

I didnt mind this place at all and would stay again, its small, but it has a pool, and a lovely buffet breakfast is offered. The staff are good and the snack area is great, and was used often. The room although very small is suitable for travellers, the TV has all the channels you need including netflix. Its right next the the train station so its easy to commute to other areas like Monaco for the day, theres about a 30 min walk down to the beach/prom passed lots of shops, Malls and restaurants, It make for a great base.

Great location, right near the main train station. Comfortable room. Good choices at breakfast including plenty of fresh fruit. We had a double room, which was fine but a nice comfy chair would have been a welcome addition. There is a chair and a small table, but it wasn’t that comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and to a very good standard. For the price we paid I was more than happy.
