As people have said previously. The rooms (well the twin one we stayed in anyway) are small. But what you do get is an immaculately clean, modern room, with extremely comfortable beds. It was perfect for our short city break. Ideally located for exploring Nice - 20 mins to promenade and 10 mins to old Nice centre. Being next to the railway station was also very handy for a day in Monaco. Pool area was compact but super clean. Personally we thought €13 for a continental breakfast was a bit steep. But plenty of options in the locality. A special mention to all the staff too. They couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Although I got the impression they were a bit under-manned. Overall, a very pleasant stay

Great hotel in a great location. It might not be the prettiest hotel in Nice but the location is great, right next to the train station, 10/15 minutes will take you to the seafront. Rooms have been refurbished and are spotlessly clean. Whilst they are small, they have everything you could need for your stay and have air conditioning which is a bonus. The staff were brilliant throughout. We didn't stay for breakfast but it did look good. There a hundreds of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. The pool area was clean, new furniture arrived on Friday and it looks great. We have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location, almost everything is walkable with 5-15 min. The break fast at 13.5€ is great value for money. Rooms are quiet and quite comfortable. The rooms and toilets are clean and it’s a well managed hotel. It’s definitely expensive when compared to some others in that agree. One thing stands out is the unfriendly reception staff. They almost never smile and mostly frowning; snapping at you if u ask an extra question. What does it cost for these young interns to be little cordial ? It’s a business of hospitality! They are paid well ! Having a smile on your face is the least one could expect. There is a manager who sits at the back in oblivion.

This hotel is a little gem in a fantastic location right next to the train station and a 10/15 minute walk to the promenade. We were given room 708 with a sea view. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. The pool area was lovely and clean we used it every day. Breakfast is self service and more continental but there was scrambled egg and bacon as well. The thing that sets this hotel apart from even the most expensive hotels is the staff. They were incredible giving us tips on where to go how to get there. It was both our birthdays whilst we were there and they kindly gave us drinks, cakes, sweets balloons they made our weekend so special and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness to us. This hotel is a little diamond and we will return because of the staff, Thank you Ibis staff Regards Lisa & Anthony
