كانو أسوء إقامه على الإطلاق لي فنادق أكور اني عضو بلاتينيوم وماسي ولي ١٣ عام مع مجموعة أكور لقد تعرضت للاهانه وعدم الاحترام من كيم موظفة الاستقبال وسارفع تقرير كامل عني وعن شركتي بتعامل السيئ منها

Good location, pleasant and comfortable. Helpful staff, A bit of noise during night time, but nothing excessive given the location near the main station.

Room was not heated and the thwarting didn’t work. The windows were slightly opened and the train lines were exactly in front of the window. When I approached the staff they told me they were sold out but I was able to book any room category at the same evening on their website and if you liked which windows were enlightened you barely saw half the rooms being used Overall really bad behaving front desk with no option offered. They even ignored my platinumnstatus with the chain.

Great value, comfortable hotel

A great location 10 minutes walk from downtown and right next to the main railway station for this comfortable hotel. In fact, one side of it literally overlooks the station platforms, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to ensure your room’s on the other side. Everything works, everything is spotlessly clean and staff are pleasant. Breakfast (€22) is ok though perhaps not the best ever. There’s a workstation, fridge, safe and coffee maker in the room, and my bed was comfortable. Downstairs there’s a bar and a small shop selling snacks and supplies. For the money, overall I thought it was excellent value.

Visit this hotel often. Great location for the Doornroosje. Only short walk to the city centre . Not the cheapest hotel. But good friendly service , a good breakfast and clean rooms. It's my goto hotel when visiting Nijmegen
