While our individual controlled air-conditioning is generally appreciated for its efficiency, we acknowledge that your comfort was not fully achieved due to this. We are delighted that your experience with us was enhanced by the prompt luggage service, the comfortable and well-appointed Signature room, and the premium amenities including the coffee machine. It is also wonderful to hear that your welcome drinks, particularly the signature rose cocktail, contributed to the pleasure of your stay. Nonetheless, the highlight of your visit appears to be the culinary delights you enjoyed, from our unique signature breakfast to your overall dining experience. Additionally, we are thrilled that our policy of accommodating late checkouts added convenience to your departure. While we regret not offering a lake view, we are pleased that our city center location and the many other facets of our boutique hotel provided a memorable stay.
