What the hotel don’t tell you in advance is that it is currently home to 100+ asylum seekers / refugees who occupy the entire second floor plus other ‘reserved’ communal areas. We stayed a night before flying out from Schipol next morning. Note there is no shuttle and local taxi will charge you €30 each way (€15 by Uber). No cooked food after 9pm so you’re advised to order Uber eats - which has to be eaten in your room. Reception will tell you the delivery driver will come inside the hotel to deliver your order and they will call your room when it arrives - this is nonsense our driver made my husband walk out in the cold rainy and dark night to the adjacent petrol station forecourt to collect ours. There is nothing else close by. We experienced a lot of noise outside overnight and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. The room was just OK. King size bed with doll house size pillows. Don’t get me wrong - everyone has to live somewhere but it should be made totally transparent that they are making €€€ from their government funded guests so don’t really need or want your custom.

Besides that, we are sorry to hear about the inconsistency with the information provided about the food delivery service and the inconvenience it caused. We will address this internally to ensure clear and accurate information is communicated to our guests. Finally, guest comfort is of utmost importance to us, and we will review your other comments with our team to ensure our usual high standards going forward. Additionally, while our king size beds are designed to provide a restful sleep, we understand that pillow preferences vary, and we are more than willing to provide extra pillows upon request to enhance your comfort. I was here on the weekend. I waited at the reception for 40 minutes and called a few times for a reception employee but no one came. I then left and returned later in the afternoon. After waiting and calling, this time a woman named Noura came. After I indicated that I had been waiting for a very long time, she indicated that she was on a break. she could not have helped me and her behavior and attitude were unprofessional. the hotel is not 4 stars. and am very disappointed with the service

We booked this hotel because it was reasonably priced but we soon learned it wasn't worth the money. This hotel isn't deserving of 4 stars. When we arrived the staff were rude. Our room was located right beside rooms that were being renovated, we didn't meet a single soul on that floor. Drilling, banging, lugging of equipment, hoovering etc. from 9am every morning of our stay. So if you want to relax and sleep in it isn't possible. Nowhere on their website or in the hotel was it made aware to us that they were renovating parts of the hotel, if it was brought to out attention we wouldn't have stayed here. There was lots of electric wires and cable lose at all hours of the day and night, emergency lights were hanging from the ceiling also. When we arrived we noticed our bin bags weren't changed, there were coffee stiring sticks in the bedroom bag and toilet paper in the bin bag in the bathrooms. Our heating wasn't working in the room and the room was like ice, extremely hard to sleep when the room is freezing. When brought tbis to the receptionist attention we were told it was working and nothing more came of our issue. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I wish we hadn't have wasted our money. It is far out you have to get the bus and a tram into the city you can expect to allocate at least 30 mins travel time there and back every time. There is a petrol station beside it, I'd recommend buying your food and drink there as a bottle of water was nearly 4€. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good hotel for airport but not visiting centre

Just back from staying at this hotel. Very easy to get to and from the airport either by bus or taxi (10 minutes). The hotel was clean and had good facilities, the mini shop at reception was perfect for snacks at night. This hotel isn’t the best if you’re going into the city everyday. We did get Ubers/bolt some nights which is around a 20/25 minute drive and price dependent. Public transport is cheap and efficient however be prepared that this will take around 40-50 minutes and is a bus then a tram. The bus stop is also around a 10minute walk from the hotel.

Standard hotel, everything is fine, comfy beds, kettle, instant coffee and tea, small fridge in the room. One side is noisy, another is quiet . Far from the center, breakfast is 25 euro. One free welcome drink if you register in the loyalty program
