Your staff Esp the reception staff were amazing. Helpful, efficient, professional, warm and welcoming. Thank you for recruiting such an amazing lady. She couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. She recommended wonderful places to eat, ordered a taxi for us, nothing was too much trouble. And whilst I sat in the lounge having a drink, I watched her helping others. I didn’t get her name but she is the young lady from Yorkshire. Your rooms were clean, your beds were really comfortable. Your location was superb etc etc. I will certainly come again..
