침대 매트리스 상태가 안 좋음. 한 부분이 찌그러져 있어 계속 미끄러진다. 내가 영어가 미숙한데 호텔 데스크 체크인 할 때 남자 직원은 매우 친절하였음. 영 엘레베이터를 못 찾으니 쫒아와서 안내해주었다. 체크아웃할 때 여자직원은 강압적이다. 황당하였음

에르메스 매장과 까르띠에 매장이 아주 가까워서 쇼핑하기 편해서 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 간단한 메뉴지만 맛있고 식당 스탭들이 편하게 응대해줘서 좋았습니다. 하지만 건물 자체가 오래되고 객실이 협소하고 화장실 문 욕실 문이 다 삐걱삐걱 소리가 나서 불편했습니다. 플래티넘 멤버쉽을 가지고 있어서 app에 웰컴 드링크를 받을 것이라고 써져있었는데 주지 않아서 서운했습니다. 다른 지역과는 달리 룸 업그레이드나 조식 무료 혜택을 받을 수 없는 것도 서운했습니다.
