Central located hotel, with parking possibility( garage) But be careful, the door is the garage is not wide! The hotel is very stylish and elegant with cookie box at reception. For me the corridors are overheated. Staff is friendly, breakfast is superb!

This hotel is very lovely, in a lovely convenient area. The front desk and Manager were nice. Had an issue upon our arrival because of a water break. However, we were moved to another hotel for one night. Also hotel paid taxi both ways. The next morning they could not be more accommodating. Just sorry we missed our first night here.

Hotel in a good location, we got the CAT train from the airport then walked to hotel about 15 min walk or one stop on metro. Check in was quick with friendly staff. Room comfortable, but only fault was the shower head not staying up, not sure if we had the same room as a previous review or if they have the problem in a few rooms. If being a bit picky could say the room could do with a few touch ups but overall we enjoyed our stay. We found location good , we walked to most places but Stratpark station five minutes away or trams nearby. Breakfast was good, although €30 per person is quite a lot. Vienna a lovely city and if we return would stay here again.

Unfortunate Issue due to Poor Communication

Pro: Room was spacious & clean. It was attended to every morning and evening during our 3 night stay from November 28 through December 1st of 2024. Con: When we checked-in, we were given a “drink of your choice” voucher for 2 drinks to redeem at the restaurant bar that sits in the hotel lobby (see photo attached). This was given to us perhaps because we signed up for their Accor loyalty program so that we were granted free early check in to our room. We went to the bar on night 2 of our stay. We sat at one of the small cocktail tables next to the bar and ordered 2 cocktails from the drink menu that the waiter handed us, priced at 16 EUR each. When we finished our drinks and handed the waiter our voucher – the waiter said he could not accept it because we ordered from the non “Welcome Guest” menu. We said we were unaware of a separate menu and the waiter said the menu was posted at the bar – which we did not see because we immediately sat at a table and not at the bar. The “Welcome Guest” menu had different cocktail options, but were also priced at 16 EUR same as the “normal” drink menu. Instead of arguing further with the waiter (it was getting late and we had another long day ahead of us of sight-seeing) – we unhappily paid the 32 EUR bill and went back to our room for the night to get much needed rest. The next morning, we explained the issue to the attendant at the hotel front desk hoping to get a reimbursement. We said no one explained to us that there was a separate menu for our vouchers (during check-in nor when we sat down at the bar table the night before). He went to the bar manager and then came back and said they could not refund us as this was the agreement between the hotel and the restaurant bar. This was an unfortunate incident that could have been prevented with better communication from the front desk during check-in and/or clearer signage at the bar, tables or menus. We hope our experience helps future guests that are offered the same vouchers and can save unnecessary/unplanned expenditures. “Drink of your choice” is very mis-leading. This situation unfortunately diminished our experience with this otherwise lovely hotel.

Really lovely hotel. We stayed for here for 4 mights, helpful staff on checkin, the hotel as a dark atmospheric feel but it works. Bright xmas tree and decs. Not cheap but nice hotel bar - we didn't eat but staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Quiet - but we were on 7th floor. If you come here it is only 32 euros by uber to the airport and it is 15 euros per person on the aiport train - worth noting. Hotel is 20 mins from main station walking but I would recommend a taxi - best to get uber from airport given cost. We didn't have breakfast at 30 euros pp.
