I chose this hotel because only hotel they had AC in town. ( as I checked other hotels)and check in time is earlier than other hotels, too. Room was big enough, clean and comfortable. They can keep our luggage before checking in. There are 2 storey buildings, no elevator. In front of hotel there is shop that they close at 20:00. I don’t know if we can get drink at hotel… We took breakfast. The restaurant was next door (pré salé). It was nice breakfast. Bus to go to Mont Saint Michel stops in front of hotel. It was very convenient.

Well located but umfriendly staff. The hotel is just next to Mon St. Michel and you take the free shuttle or walk to the Village. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. As a Gold Member I get a welcome drink and for those staying with me in room. Receptionist and her manager that if France you get only one drink per room (which is not logical that one will drink the welcone drink and the other won't drink it or has to pay for it.

It's hard to get that excited about this hotel and it's actually fairly expensive for what it is, but it does the job and there seem to be surprisingly few options. It's not really necessary to stay in Mont St-Michel itself if you're visiting (there may be better options within, I probably didn't look hard enough), and this is quite a short walk away so it's not a bad option.

There aren't too many hotels here, and I'm very happy that we chose this one. The room was very modern, clean, and conveniently located toward the front of the property. We also had our breakfasts and dinners here; we stayed two nights, as you must do to really enjoy the nearby Abby. Buy your admission tickets in advance to go around a large line of non planners. A late evening stroll out and back is not to be missed, as it is quite light late into the summer evening. The restaurant is quite good, especially considering staffing issues these days everywhere you go. I've not seen servers work non stop like here in a long time. Considering they have large groups as well, I must express our appreciation of their hustle. They get my five for the overall experience. Of course it's a go back place.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Mecure Mont-Saint Michel in early May. I can highly recommend this hotel. The check in process and Hotel staff were very gracious and efficient. We were on the first floor and the room was very spacious and clean. To my wife's delight the room even had a bathtub which is a rarity in hotels in Europe. We were there for two days and thoroughly enjoyed the region. There is a tram stop to Mont Saint Michel right outside the hotel which makes travelling to the Abby very easy. We also attend evening Vespers and First Friday Mass at the Abby. I recommend having sturdy and well broken in shoes due to the steep streets and steps you will encounter as you tour the site. We also ate an evening meal at the hotels restaurant and it was excellent. My wife tried the salt marsh raised lamb and I enjoyed the steak and fries. The desert was outstanding and the servers were very efficient. We were not rushed and enjoyed the chance to relax after a very full day of touring.
