Having stayed at IBIS hotels before, we chose this hotel expecting an inexpensive, clean, quiet, comfortable room. We were extremely disappointed in all accounts! The room smelled terrible from the moment we entered - we only stayed because it was late and this was their last room. The walls seemed to be paper thin - guest conversations went on late into the night. Staff were slightly courteous - but not friendly! Hmm…we’ll reconsider ever staying at IBIS again!

Stayed at this hotel several years ago but found the rooms very hot and dated, it has since been updated and the family rooms are much better with a proper single bed and a small table in the room, the room temperature was better, staff polite and friendly. Good location and a shopping centre just up the road. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Booked this hotel as an overnight stop having found it acceptable in the past. Booked a double room. On opening the door, was shocked to see what we had been allocated. The room contained 2 beds, a large double and a single leaving virtually no space. There was a table wedged beteen bathroom door and double bed making it impossible to to get into the bathroom or down beside doble bed without moving it. The single bed was blocking access to the wardrobe and storing space, and the only 2 power points were over it making them impossible to use. On asking to be moved to another double room, was told they are full, but the single bed could be removed, which we readily agreed to. i am sure they were not full when i made the booking! At least removing the single bed did free up some space, but we were still left with the only surface being a small rickety table.

Being an Ibis customer, my sister and I decided that it would be the safest to reserve in one of your hotels! Unfortunately this one is a complete disaster! Doesnt match with the Ibis standards. The room was clean at the entrance but a very bad smell was coming from the bathroom and was constant throughout our stay and it amplifly everytime we use the water.

We stayed here 1 night before visiting the Mont Saint Michel. We had 2 different rooms. One was larger than the other and this is what the booking platform we used suggested. Standard Ibis, no surprises, exactly what we were expecting. The bedding was good. We ordered the breakfast the night before. It was standard continental breakfast served on a tray. We did not get exactly 100% what we ordered, but it was fine. A good place to stay if you are visiting in this area.
