Rozczarowanie, jak na hotel 4-gwiazdkowy. Klaustrofobiczna łazienka, brak kapci, szlafroka, brak śniadania w cenie noclegu.

Szanowna Pani Malgorzato, dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoimi uwagami. Jest nam przykro, że pobyt w naszym hotelu nie spełnił w pełni Pani oczekiwań. Chcielibyśmy przeprosić za wszelkie niedogodności związane z wyposażeniem pokoju oraz brakiem szlafroka i kapci. Zachęcamy do zgłaszania takich uwag w czasie pobytu, abyśmy mogli znaleźć rozwiązanie. Warto zaznaczyć, że nasza oferta śniadaniowa jest dostępna za dodatkową opłatą, co jest zgodne z informacjami przedstawionymi na etapie rezerwacji. Rozumiemy jednak, że mogło to być źródłem nieporozumienia i postaramy się dostarczyć bardziej precyzyjne informacje w przyszłości. Mamy nadzieję, że pomimo wymienionych kwestii, pobyt w Amsterdamie był dla Pani przyjemny. Mamy nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję gościć Panią ponownie, aby wyjść naprzeciw Pani oczekiwaniom. Something very serious happened to us at this hotel. Firstly, it should be noted that all attendants are instructed to inform you that there is no public parking nearby, and in front of the hotel there are public spaces available for people with disabilities and for electric cars. Further ahead, close to the student building, there is also a public parking space with more than 50 spaces available. All of this is done to push hotel parking to 28 euros per day. That said, we placed the car in front of the hotel in the parking space for people with disabilities since my wife was diagnosed with a herniated disc that makes it impossible for her to walk long distances. The next morning our car was towed even though it was identified with a disabled person's card. We had to pay the "trifle" of 450 euros to remove the car. I can't say with 100% certainty, but for us it was the hotel staff who called the tow truck. Stay alert.

The City of Amsterdam regularly checks parking spaces for disabled individuals and tows cars without valid disability licenses immediately away, as indicated next to these parking places. This is entirely beyond our control. Nonetheless, we empathize with the inconvenience this caused you and your wife and deeply regret the situation. Very nice hotel with great facilities. Clean and bright. The staff were very helpful . Room was specious and modern. There is a small store within the hotel with snacks, drinks , sandwiches etc. that is always open - very convenient. The only reason for 4 stars (and not 5), is because there are no restaurants or stores near the hotel. The metro into town is about 7 min walk.

Awesome property with good rooms, buffet breakfast which actually followed the meaning of a Buffee, warm staff. Location is bit off but no too odd either. In 10 minutes, one can touch main Harlem Square and Canal Tour points. In our entire Europe tour, this was the only Hotel/property worth staying.

Lovely clean and modern looking hotel. Easy conmection to city metro station is only 6mins walk away. The only faults would be very warm room. Air conditioning is working more like a fan. Can't imagine staying over summertime. Windows could open more widely to compensate the heat.
