Merkezi konum çok iyi ama ilk odamızda lavabo suyu yere akıyordu ve banyoda su gideri yoktu, söyledik be değiştirildi, teşekkürler ikinci odamızda ısıtıcı çalışmıyordu. Tekrar odamızı değiştirdiler. Room floor is dirty. I mentioned it a few times but they did not address it. The floors of the room and hallways is not properly vacuumed. For the rest, it was well situated and one can easily go around town from this location. The food and service at the hotel bar was good.

From its prime location in the center of all the action in Tilburg, to the comfortable rooms with all the extras to make your visit easy, to the incredible breakfast buffet and other meals and drinks in the bar. Mercure is THE place to stay in Tilburg. Mercure is a quick walk from the train station, just down the street from the concert venue, in the plaza with lots of shopping and some of the best restaurants we have ever dined in. The views are wonderful as well. You will not be disappointed!

Noisy... new restaurant in hotel is bad

It was 4 stars (noisy location), but now it is 3 stars. The rooms are the same (still noisy, bring plugs), but the restaurant has changed. Very slow service, inexperienced staff who are not visible (nor a manager), and cold food. Fortunately, there are many other nice restaurants in the area. Breakfast good.

Mercure restaurant

I ate in the Mercure restaurant and had a lovely truffle pasta dish and warm bread with tapenade and garlic butter sides. The Italian red wine came recommended by Robin, (who served me in the restaurant and made me feel so welcome and comfortable), and the wine was as good as he said it would be. Great friendly staff, good food and wine, enjoyable evening all round. I recommend the hotel and its restaurant and I'll dine there again.
