room poorly laid out and inconvenient, bed quality is poor, Arrogant and rude staff, Deceptive preferential policies

Perfect stay in the middle of Rotterdam City. We had a nice and clean room facing the water. The hotel looks very cosy, warm, but also modern. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. Perfect location for shopping and do some sight seeing in Rotterdam.

So cheap at times

This used to be my go to in Rotterdam for an inexpensive stay. But service levels have gone down. Giving two small towels in total is the biggest sign of just how cheap they have become. There are now better choices.

Scenic and central location, plus friendly staff. Delighted to find a proper accessible room with good sized bathroom with decent pull-down shower seat with arms, rather than a small seat and no arm supports. This caters for a variety of disabilities.
