i really enjoyed the desing in your rooms and lobby however, the communication to access from the parking to the lobby or the rooms is inefficient: boards, no color line on the floor, take a lift then go through doors and then other lift

My room was very cold, radiators off, even if I asked for support 3 times. only once one of the receptions came to my room to check, she recognized the issue, but nothing changed during the other days.

We found an issue at our central radiotor which led to problems for the whole hotel. We would like to apologise for this inconvenience. We tried to fix it as quickly as possible but unfortunately we had to wait for out technical staff to help us out. Check in took very long and there was a mistake with the bills but there were new staff who were training so understandable. They were very friendly and it was sorted in the end. Breakfast was very nice but very pricey.

It was a good stay. It’s located to many stores and public transportation. For me a 3pm check in time is really late, I didn’t know, I thought it would be like a noon or 1 pm check in.
