The greeting staff was wonderful and very friendly, but the lights in my room didn't work, so I had to walk around in the dark, and one of the buttons for the toilet didn't work either.

Took 150 euros in advance for 4 2 course dinners they couldn't possibly give me as the kitchen is closed on Sunday and ignoring my email asking for it back.

Can’t fault it, rooms were well appointed, hotel itself is delightful and perfectly located, staff were attentive and helpful, shame we were only staying the one night.
