very cold in the room in special in the night.

The hotel is in a quite industrial park area. Very calm and very nice room. I could work very well, internet connection was extremely good and I could sleep better than in any other hotel in the past year. Breakfast was great. All staff members I met were very friendly.

I really liked your hotel, the room was good, restaurant was good & all the staff were helpful. I would give it 10 but the pillows were horrible! Pleae have an option for harder/more full pillows :)

Generally a good hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. What i miss the most is that there is no gym or anywhere to exercise. Would really have been a great addition.

Overall not the worst hotel, but certainly not the best. Location is OK - Staff are friendly. All slightly let down by tired appearance of some aspects of the rooms, particularly tatty bathrooms, shower curtain not pleasant, mould around fixtures and tile grout, broken bin in room. Also mattress could be better quality, very firm. Breakfast OK and evening meals also OK from the other dishes I saw although I wasn't impressed by my pasta dish, very large lump of pasta - no sauce.

Room too warm, even with all heating turned off. No power outlets next to the bed. No facial tissues in the bathroom and toilet paper of very poor quality. Also, the shower curtain did not look particularly clean, and frankly, I would not expect to actually find a plastic shower curtain in a Mövenpick Hotel. Relax chair in the room was very comfortable, as were the mattress and pillows.

We did start already to take out all the shower curtains in the classic rooms. Instead of that we will get a glass wall. In the superior rooms we did build walk in showers. This time I was disappointed in the booking as many mistakes were made in my last name, number of guest etc., while I have been coming to the same Hotel for about 10 years. You are cutting corners and unfortunately it is beginning to show. I like to commend Ms Chantal de Visser, front desk and Indra, our waitress. Chantal is very professional, articulate and helpful. Indra is a fast learner and helpful, too.

This grey building does not make you feel welcome. Make it obvious that one should pay extra for parking. Even the employees couldn't find it on the website.

Beds are a great idea, but no one knows their best sleep # and waking with back ache is the opposite of what you wanted I’m sure...btw, didn’t have time to read 2” thick book on sleeping by bedside. Otherwise, great service, nice environment, and another enjoyable stay. Thx : )
