Front desk had no access to see if we paid for parking even though we booked through your website. Room service staff forgot our order for an hour until we called back, then it was up in 30 mins. Decor is dated, and toiletries were inadequate (no hair conditioner, only 2 in 1 soap). Room was not ready, placed in a room without adequate linens.

I received a warm welcome at my arrival. Finding the hotel with a GPS was a bit difficult at night for people not knowing the area. The hotel is equipped with Electric charging stations which is practical and a large parking. The room is well equipped, clean and properly sized. This was overall a good experience, and I would go there again.

Very nice hotel with all amenities. Just one small issue: I could not get the hair dryer to work and discovered later that a certain light switch had to be turned on for the hair dryer to work. For this non-technical person that was a bridge too far.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome which made us feel at home. All our questions were answered adequately. Our room, room service and housekeeping met our taste and expectation. The view from our room was quite nice too. At breakfast we were pleased with the buffet. Very tasty. We especially liked the idea of the breakfast time periods. In that way its not crowded in the restaurant. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Though short but satisfied.

great hotel, shame about the website. The staff were excellent, both at reception and in the restaurant. We had a couple of additional requests for reception and the we brilliant at solving them.

We stayed almost 3 weeks as we moved houses. In principle all was ok but there is room for improvement: cleanliness of the room (dirt and dust under the beds), replacement of towels and glasses for 2 people, design of the room (no privacy as parts of the bathroom had no door). And I missed something which made us feel welcome, special, a little personal something from the hotel like other brands do (chocolate on the pillow, a flower, a card, ...).

Good thing: clean hotel Bad: no gym

Firstly, the room was extremely comfortable. Excellent aircon, blackout curtains, comfortable bed with anti-allergy bedding- everything was just *right* Secondly, the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful- they seemed to care. The restaurant was also very good, better than expected actually. We had a great stay.

Good location, good quality. Wonderful beer :) Very polite people in the reception, rooms are clean, Wi-Fi quality very good too. Breakfast with small choice but tasty. It is a place worth staying during any trip in south of Holland.

The location is not too far from city center but therefor quiet and close to highway. Parking is on the premises and safe. Staff is always friendly and professional. The breakfast-buffet is a must and you should take your time for it.
