When we spend a night (or two) in Den Bosch for family visit we always stay at the Mövenpick hotel. The rooms are classy and the breakfast is legendary.

Front desk had no access to see if we paid for parking even though we booked through your website. Room service staff forgot our order for an hour until we called back, then it was up in 30 mins. Decor is dated, and toiletries were inadequate (no hair conditioner, only 2 in 1 soap). Room was not ready, placed in a room without adequate linens.

I received a warm welcome at my arrival. Finding the hotel with a GPS was a bit difficult at night for people not knowing the area. The hotel is equipped with Electric charging stations which is practical and a large parking. The room is well equipped, clean and properly sized. This was overall a good experience, and I would go there again.

Very nice hotel with all amenities. Just one small issue: I could not get the hair dryer to work and discovered later that a certain light switch had to be turned on for the hair dryer to work. For this non-technical person that was a bridge too far.
