Dear Victor, Thank you for your recent feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Following your comments, I personally inspected the room in question. I can confirm that the carpets are free from stains and mildew, though there was some dust accumulation in the corners, which has now been thoroughly cleaned. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding the bathroom, I do apologise but I could not allocate any mold, as the bathtub is a newly installed unit, the grout around has been replaced also. One tile near the bath does have a chipped edge and missing grout, but it is clean and free from any mold. We have scheduled a repair to address this cosmetic issue. On the matter of breakfast, we do offer one barista-made coffee per person, with additional coffee to cup available in the breakfast area. It appears clearer communication is needed from our end. I’m sorry if this was not communicated during your visit. We are also sorry to hear that our dry-cleaning service did not meet your expectations. We use an external provider and will share your feedback with them to help improve the quality of service delivered. We always aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and I regret that we fell short in your case. While I understand your decision, I would appreciate the opportunity to make things right should you reconsider staying with us in the future. Please do reach out to me directly.
