No heating in room despite notifying staff

We are pleased that our night guard was able to assist you by moving you to a warm room eventually, and we're glad to hear that you were comfortable once the situation was addressed. We are sorry to read about the challenges you faced with the heating in your room, and for the inconvenience you experienced with the front desk availability. We understand how important a warm and welcoming room is, especially during the colder months, and we regret that we did not deliver on this essential aspect of your stay. Moreover, we are reviewing the responsiveness of our staff to ensure such lapses in service do not occur in the future. We truly value your comfort and satisfaction and apologize for falling short in this instance.
