Well located but short of services with only one exception Mr Vishal Ladcoo at adults swimming pool Bar !

I was double charged for drinks at the beach bar. The server made me tap a Second time saying the transaction did not go through and I knew something wasn’t right but I tapped again. I hate being cheated by hotels that I already spend so much money on.

The hotel has a nice overall structure, but it is clearly showing its age. Unfortunately, we did not feel truly welcome during our stay. In several situations, we noticed that French-speaking guests seemed to be treated differently, which left us with a negative impression. Many areas of the hotel appeared worn down and in need of renovation, and cleanliness was lacking in several corners. The breakfast buffet was consistently picked over and did not look fresh or inviting. Even as a Diamond member of Accor, we did not experience any real benefits or recognition, which was disappointing and added to the feeling of being undervalued as guests. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it requires significant improvements in hospitality, maintenance, and service quality to provide a more pleasant guest experience.
