I had an amazing time at Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place—so much so that I enjoyed my stay at the hotel more than exploring the city itself! The location is unbeatable, making sightseeing and getting around a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was perfectly designed for convenience, allowing me to get ready effortlessly. The huge TV was a great touch, and I loved that the French window could actually be opened—something rare in most hotels! The only small downside was the lack of milk or creamer for coffee in the room, and the breakfast buffet could have had a bit more variety. The baked beans were cold, but honestly, that didn’t take away from my overall experience. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious enough for 3 adults. Hotel is very short distance from Central Station and Grand Place. Would return here!

Great hotel location, right in the Grand Place, perfect family room size, we stayed in a family room for 2 adults & 2 children. Hotel staff was amazing, our first trip to Brussels and the location of the hotel was just perfect. Slightly annoyed that l hsve left a memorable picture that was taken in Brussels in the hotel room on check out, hoping the hotel will be able to locate it - keeping my fingers cross 🤞 (have email the hotel) All in all, great hotel.
