Brak klimatyzacji po otwarciu okna hałas przejeżdżających pociągów

Szanowny Panie L., bardzo dziękujemy za poświęcenie nam czasu, aby dać nam informacje zwrotne na temat pobytu po ostatnim weekendzie. Szczególnie przy nie do końca pozytywnych okolicznościach - jak niestety podczas pobytu u nas z powodu klimatyzacji - bardzo doceniam osobisty i bezpośredni feedback i oczywiście nie chciałbym nie okazać Ci tutaj mojego uznania z moją odpowiedzią! Jak już zostałeś poinformowany przez mój zespół na miejscu, bardzo żałujemy, że z powodu technicznej niewystarczającej wydajności klimatyzacji Twój pobyt nie był pozytywny. Rozumiem, że przy bardzo wysokich temperaturach nocny wypoczynek oraz dobry sen nie były możliwe i za to chciałbym bardzo przeprosić. Nasz system klimatyzacji nie był w stanie zapewnić przyjemnego chłodzenia podczas ekstremalnych temperatur sięgających 40 stopni w ciągu ostatniego tygodnia. Wynajęliśmy już zewnętrzną firmę, która jutro sprawdzi i zoptymalizuje wydajność chłodzenia, tak abyśmy mogli witać naszych gości w chłodnych wnętrzach nawet przy wysokich temperaturach. Mam wielką nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję przekonać Państwa do nas, naszego "fajnego" produktu i naszych usług podczas kolejnego pobytu w przyszłości! That hotel is located right in the city center, very good value for the money, very friendly and efficient staff, free parking, close to public transportation (making it easy to access from the airport)

This hotel is not at all representative of a Novotel. It's old and needs investments in fournitures, carpets, bathroom, non existing climatisation and even their... iron. It's not a disaster, still clean, but it's old and NOT worth the price ! Really too bad for such a nice city as Frankfurt. To finish on a positive note : the elevators were modern.

We continue to work on ourselves and hope to be able to offer you a better impression in the future. The carpets, for example, will be replaced this year in all corridors and rooms. We also hope to be able to renew parts of the furniture and the bathrooms soon. Our rooms have been air-conditioned since the opening of the hotel. Did you have any problems with this? If so, I suspect a defect in the control of the room and it would be a great help if you could tell me more details about your stay to check this (room number, booking number or your full name would suffice). I was very upset from one of the front desk service. She was very rude. The others were polite and helpful. But even one person can spoil the full experience and rating of the hotel. 1st room I have received was to the side of the train and it was veryyyy loud. I couldn't sleep at all. When I came back next day afternoon to ask to change the room, she was rude and not nice with her way of talking to a customer. I didn't expect that at all. The initial loud room was with a coffee machine so I have expected to receive a coffee machine in the room in which I have changed to. But they have refused to give me one because of the booking I did. I agree only if it was not provided in the initial loud room. You cannot change your service suddenly!!!! The room service and cleaning personnel were perfect.

Unfortunately, my colleague could not have changed anything about the room situation. She has tried to explain to you that the coffee machines mentioned are only available in our large corner rooms. Neither the corner rooms, nor rooms with coffee machines are officially bookable with us, but only available as a free upgrade. You received this from us, because you travelled with 3 persons and spent several nights with us. I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied with this room because of the nearby traffic routes. Unfortunately, all rooms of this type have the same orientation. At your request, the colleague offered you another room which accordingly did not have a coffee machine and, following your complaint, even tried to arrange for you to have a coffee machine in this room as well. Unfortunately, however, this was not possible. I am very sorry that my colleague seemed unfriendly to you in finding a solution. This was certainly not her intention, and I suspect that this was the result of the fact that she was unable to offer you a satisfactory solution. I apologise for that. Very nice Service. Little gift for Children during check-in, small playground at Lobby. Good Service during breakfast. A litttle bit far from Downtown, around 11 € by taxi to main Shopping street. Enough parking places for free nearby.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Often going to Accor hotels, this Novotel is definitely in need of renovation. Hopefully foreseen in a near future? The location, opposite to the Messe where I was exhibiting is very useful, except that it takes a long detour to get to the Messe as there are no pedestrian crossings close by.

The carpets in the hallway where not clean, but particularly what was annoying; the elevators smelled very very bad. A combination of a food + sewer smell. Also I checked out in the morning, paid already for the parking, and I told the lady I would drive out 6 hours later. No problem she said.... Unfortunately when I did 6 hours later, I could not drive out with my ticket, and had to dial the reception.

For years, with last year as exception, we have been coming here. It is nice that it has been upgraded over the years. There was three in our group, and our room was plenty big enough. We enjoyed the breakfast, and would be happy to return next year. The only possible thing to fault, is the steep markup in price at Messe times.

Hotel is in the business district, and I would say it is intended primarily for business people. Not far from the town (Alt Stadt). Near the metro station, although he is not far off. The rooms are beautiful decorated, the beds comfortable ... Unfortunately, both nights guests in the room above us were making noise and jumping around the room. Parking in front of the hotel is free.

The air condition needs to be improved. Not cool enough. Hotel gust smoke in the non-smoking room. The location is not convenience. 20 minutes walk to the nearest train station. No restaurant or convenient store near by.

Due to environmental and climate protection, our air conditioning system is set so that no temperature below 20° can be reached. I hope you have sympathy for that. We know that some hotel guests smoke in non-smoking rooms despite being banned. Unfortunately, not all guests respect such rules and behave very ruthlessly. If we learn of such incidents directly, we will of course do everything possible to prevent further disruptions. As far as the location of our hotel is concerned, I have to disagree with you. We are located right in the middle between the "Westbahnhof" station and the "Frankfurt Messe" S-Bahn station. Both can be reached on foot within 7 minutes. The supermarket "Tegut" on Voltastrasse is only 10 minutes walk away. There are also over 20 restaurants and various cafes, bars and pubs within a 15-minute walking distance. If you need help with orientation, we are always at your disposal, recommend a suitable restaurant and explain how to get there. We are also happy to reserve a table for you. This Novotel is what you expect. Nothing fancy, very decent and very clean. It was terribly expensive, but normal price range for a Frankfurt hotel (maybe even a bit on the low side). Staff was friendly. Please note that there's an s-bahn running past the hotel. So a lot of noise if you're sleeping on that side. Maybe the hotel should sell earplugs for the people unfortunate enough to stay on that side.

There is a railway line in the immediate vicinity of the hotel with all its advantages and disadvantages. I can recommend our superior rooms to guests in particular need of quietness. All of them lie on the inner courtyard side and are therefore very quietly located. I'm sorry to disappoint you with the earplugs. It is contrary to our principles to sell them. Excellent hotel nearby city centre

Hotel is about 2.5 Km from city centre. Check-in was quite fast. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good- with super bowl. We requested baby bed and was available quickly- good service. Taxis were available right in front of hotel, so no issues with that. Covered car parking was available- free of cost (as it was included in the booking cost for the room I selected).

The experience from check-in itself was very bad.... after requesting for an early check-in was made to wait for 6 hours!!! I was ready to pay extra for early check-in but it seems they were not interested than a standard response

since we arrived the reception there is no one to take our luggage they have like carts to put your luggage by yourself and take to your room. The ac is not working it was to hot. The receptionist did not smile sinc check in. The location is bad . It is really bad experince.

New Year Holiday to Frankfurt

The Hotel was OK. The location is a little quiet being a business area however there is a very good Tram service a three minute walk from hotel. However I stayed over the New Year holiday and on the first night (Friday 29th) the bar and bar food service was closed. I was told that this was for only one night as an exception, despite there being many people around the lobby area. However this was not so. The bar was closed on return to the Hotel on the night of 31st at 00:40, and on returning from a day out on 1st of Jan at 20:00 the bar and food service were again closed. We were directed to the Mercure Hotel a good five minute walk in pouring rain on a cold night. There was no information informing clients of this at any point and no member of the Hotel staff informed me in advance. This I found totally unacceptable as the directory in the room states that the bar and food service is open daily from 06:30 to 01:00. This was very disappointing for what was meant to be a holiday break staying in a well known 4 start Hotel and would seriously put me off staying there again.

I am a silver Accor member and always go to this hotel whenever I visit Frankfurt. However, I have to comment that this time I was disappointed with the service. I asked to one of the receptionist guys for a late check-out (which I have the right to given my status) and while he initially seemed reluctant, he finally gave the ok. However, what happened in reality was otherwise. I had to bring my parents to the airport early in the morning and the reason why I asked for late checkout was so I could get some nap before my 4h drive to Munich. For some reasons there was a mix-up and I was disturbed during my nap 3 times in the space of 1 hour. I was tired, extremely annoyed, and finally decided to leave. The hotel is good as always but this time I didn't feel like I was treated as a returning customer.
