Very good location for walking around Brussels. Next to a metro station on side if you need it and a Paul patisserie on the other if you fancy pastries for breakfast! A supermarket is opposite also. We had an apartment for four. All fine, although there was a bit of an odour coming from the toilet (which is separate from the main bathroom). There is a bath with a shower over it. A little tricky for getting in and out of the shower if you have any mobility issues. Just a walk-in shower would be preferable. But overall, a comfortable stay and a nice place to come back to after being out all day. We stayed here 5 nights. Half an hour’s walk from Bruxelles Midi station ( for the Eurostar) and 10-15 mins walk to Gare Centrale - plenty of trains to Bruges and Ghent if you are planning on exploring a bit more of Belgium, as we did. One note of caution - we did hear some noise from the street, and there was building work going on during the week, starting early - drills were heard at 6am!

Comfortable go-to option for longer stays - but time for improvements!

I previously reviewed a studio room version of this property, but just finished an 11-night stay in their one bedroom apartment. The one-bedroom option is considerably larger, with a separate living/eating space and a fuller kitchen. This was well worth the modest increase in price and felt more like I was 'at home' for a few weeks of work. On the positive side, the location still can't be beat for central Brussels (but also metro connectivity to the EU quarter) and the cleanliness of the hotel was extremely good. The staff were all multi-lingual and welcoming, and the ability to do laundry or send out for dry cleaning (I needed both) was both welcome and a good value. Although there is adjacent construction, the noise was not bothersome due to good insulation and soundproofing windows. The immediate area can be a bit seedy at night (though improving!), but the security features make it feel entirely safe to come back to. There are clear areas for improvement, though, which weren't the case a few years ago. A main issue is that the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and tear in the rooms. For example, the pocket doors between my bedroom and sitting room were stuck, half closed, the entire time. The television is old and small, with cable of poor quality (about half the channels either didn't work or had poor-quality reception). The sofa was ripped. The microwave oven was not user-friendly and also outdated. A drawer in the kitchen didn't open correctly, etc. As a matter of preference, bedding was comfortable, but I did not care for the twin beds pushed together for such a long stay. Breakfast was exorbitantly priced (20EUR per day!), but obviously this is why you should just cook for yourself, with two supermarkets just across from the hotel and around the corner. On the whole, I would be happy to return, but I do hope that the management pays a bit closer attention to the furnishings, before they become a liability.

The hotel staff have been so accommodating and hospitable from the very beginning. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help. My sister and I would like to say a special thanks to Dora, Miguel and Sebastian, they were simply amazing and made our stay very comfortable and relaxed. Our studio room 527 was extremely comfortable and we had a lovely little kitchenette well equipped with a nice view of the city centre from the balcony. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Excellent Aparthotel! Perfect location for lines 4,10,5 and 1 on the Brussels metro ( De Brouckère) My room is perfectly set up for my weeks stay, a large comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, nespresso machine and crockery/pans a plenty. I have very much enjoyed this space which has allowed me to feel safe and secure on my solo adventure to this beautiful city. If I had to say anything negative it would be - a bigger tv would have been nice (UK channels BBC1 and BBC2 are available) Just be mindful also, if you have an outside facing room, there is a bus stop right outside the rooms and it is a terminus so you will have a bus sat there throughout the day, a lot of them rev engines etc and it can be a little noisy.

Nice hotel near restaurants and bars but not the safest of locations due to homeless and mentally ill population outside

I visited this hotel in February 2025. First, I will discuss the quality of the hotel itself. The rooms were very large, clean, and had lots of storage. There is a kitchenette for those who like to cook on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet even though it was on a busy street. For those who nitpick, my only two concerns about the room itself were that the shower drain backed up on the last day and that the lights above the beds did not work as they should. These are minor problems for me and did not affect my rating. The hotel is located close to trains, restaurants, bars, and the Main Square (Grand Place) with all of the tourist shops you could ever need. The only problem with the location was that the subway station next door attracted a large population of mentally ill and homeless people. If I were a female traveling alone I would not have felt safe as many of the homeless men here bothered solo females without police intervention. I must point out that this problem stopped at the door. Nobody other than hotel guests entered the hotel. If you could eliminate this problem I would rate the hotel higher. Based on the quality of the room and the proximity to nightlife/tourist attractions, I would stay here again. I wish the police had a larger presence here to make things feel safer.
