Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found the bed in your room very comfortable, our aim is to provide a restful sleep experience with the Ibis Sweet Bed and duvet. However, and as mentioned in our contact per e-mail, we are concerned to hear about the incident that occurred during your stay and the way it was handled when you reported it. Security and guest safety are paramount to us, and we apologize that you felt otherwise in this instance. Furthermore, it is regrettable that the level of customer care did not meet your expectations. We take these matters seriously and will address them internally to ensure they do not happen again. Nonetheless, it is great that you appreciated our central location, right in the heart of Brussels, close to the Grand Place, and the fish market and shopping area.
