Dear Giove, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you found our hotel to be of a very good level and that our location was convenient for your travel needs. It is great to hear that the professionalism during check-in added positively to your stay and that the proximity to public parking facilities was beneficial. However, we are sorry to hear that the room temperature did not meet your full comfort. While we ensure our rooms have manual temperature controls and additional heaters for our guests' convenience, we apologize if this aspect was not satisfactory during your visit. Finally, we are pleased that the quality of our breakfast offerings met your expectations. Our full buffet breakfast, complete with a wide variety of options, is designed to cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of our guests. Dear Jenny, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are pleased that you found the check-in process smooth and the room spacious. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and accommodating environment, so it's great to know that you enjoyed the hot shower with good pressure. Nonetheless, we apologize for any inconvenience regarding the children's bed and additional towels not being prepared upon your arrival. While we are glad our team could assist promptly, we understand the disappointment with the water provision; we will certainly consider your feedback for future improvements. Moreover, we regret to hear about the musty smell you encountered and will be looking into this matter. We are also sorry for the lack of management at the pool area; your experience is not indicative of the high standards we strive to uphold. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found the room spacious and appreciated its cleanliness, along with the helpfulness of our staff. However, we regret to hear about the discomfort you experienced due to the temperature in your room. While our rooms are equipped with manual temperature control and additional fans upon request, we understand that these solutions did not adequately address your needs at the time. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with morning coffee access and the taxi service. While we do not provide a coffee menu in the rooms, our guests can enjoy a variety of coffee options, including cappuccinos and espressos, in our breakfast area. Moreover, regarding the transportation service, our aim is to provide accurate and cost-effective travel options, and we regret that this was not the case for you. We also sincerely apologize for the confusion with the taxi booking and understand the frustration it may have caused. We will follow up on this with our team to prevent such occurrences in the future.
