Good location, nice rooms, wonderful housekeeping staff, but...

Not much charm, but this hotel is well located, clean, and modern. There are scooters and bikes you can rent nearby (we used the Lime bikes), and the central trail station is about a 12-15 minute walk away. Housekeeping is fab. The two negatives we encountered: 1. There is no easy to access coffee in the hotel. The room has instant coffee. The lobby restaurant costs extra. If you like coffee in the morning, you need to head out into the neighborhood. (I liked izy Coffee and Comptoir Oriental des Caffes, which had 30 different varieties available, and friendly baristas to help you choose.) 2. We had a front desk staffer insist on scheduling a taxi for us to get to the airport. She said it would be cheaper than an Uber. It was not (50 Euro vs. 35 for Uber.) To make matters worse, she booked the taxi at the wrong time, so we had an angry taxi driver waiting for us when we returned to the hotel around lunchtime to head to the airport. I feel like hotel desk staff should be working for their guests, not for some taxi company that gives them a referral bonus.

A good hotel…just don’t let them order you a cab.

A solid 3-star hotel in a great location. Very clean, very well sound-proofed. The street scene outside was lively every night but our room was quiet. A word of caution: when you check out, don’t let the front desk order you a cab with the promise of a better rate. The woman I interacted with was very insistent that she must do this for me. But as I learned, it’s not a good rate at all…it’s about 75% more than you would pay if you just ordered your own Uber. The hotel must get kickbacks from the cab company. It was a very frustrating way to end what was otherwise a good stay.

Definitely not an upscale hotel or 4 star hotel

Definitely not an upscale hotel or 4 star hotel. This would be classified as a motel in American standard. Paint is chipping off, carpet have stains, some towels have funky smell. ac is limited. 1 water bottle for entire family of 4 for a 2 night stay. Front desk staff not friendly. Not recommended.

Average hotel in a central location

Hotel is situated very close to the main attractions in Brussels. The rooms are clean and decor is nice. Breakfasts are well catered and plenty of room to eat and not be rushed. The hotel has some nice touches like having a free games console in the lobby, which the children enjoyed. The downsides are the price per night was expensive for what the hotel is. The pool is not very big and is only 90cms deep. Also some of the staff seem a bit stand off ish. But I suspect this is more a Brussels thing, as there isn’t much warmth in this capital city. So in short, it’s just an average hotel given the price and facilities

Good central hotel, room was spotless and spacious. Staff friendly and welcoming. We did not avail of breakfast. They have a games console beside the reception. Only one slight issue, few things in the spa area didn't work the first day but most issues resolved the next day.
