Estimado huésped, Gracias por elegirnos como su hotel de confianza en esta reciente visita a nuestra fantástica ciudad. Nos complace que haya disfrutado de la ubicación de nuestro hotel y que haya encontrado el descanso satisfactorio en su habitación interior. Lamentamos saber que tuvo inconvenientes con el termostato de la habitación y los problemas en el baño. Entendemos que estas situaciones pueden afectar la experiencia general de su estancia y pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas. Además, nos aseguraremos de revisar el funcionamiento del termostato y las instalaciones de ducha para evitar que estos inconvenientes se repitan. It is our priority to ensure that our guests feel supported and assisted at all times, and we regret that we fell short in providing you with the helpful service you deserved. Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, we understand how important internet access is for our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience the connection issues may have caused. We continuously strive to maintain high-quality internet services for all our guests and your experience is certainly not reflective of our standards. We do offer Wifi for ALL, a very fast connection exclusively for our members (a free membership programm of Accor hotels). Did you encounter issues connecting to this one too? We also apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the pillows and the room temperature. While we do not have a varied pillow menu, we understand that sleep quality is fundamental, and we regret that we could not accommodate your request for additional pillows. Additionally, we empathize with the frustration you felt regarding the air conditioning settings. We aim to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we are sorry that the temperature in your room was not conducive to a restful stay. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we are concerned to learn that you felt it was compromised. Es maravilloso saber que su estancia en el ibis Brussels City Centre fue en general positiva y que disfrutó de nuestras instalaciones. Nos complace que haya encontrado las camas y almohadas de su agrado, siempre nos esforzamos por ofrecer el máximo confort con nuestro Ibis Sweet Bed y el duvet incluido. Qué bueno que nuestro desayuno haya superado sus expectativas, nos enorgullece ofrecer una amplia selección que incluye desde opciones calientes hasta un rincón saludable con avena, muesli y semillas, así como panes y pastelería recién horneados. Sin embargo, lamentamos que la atención recibida en la recepción no haya estado a la altura de nuestras normas de calidad y amabilidad.
