However, we are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your room did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, offering a functional space for our guests' comfort. We regret that the absence of a kettle was an inconvenience; we understand how important these amenities can be. Additionally, the size of our shower rooms is consistent with inner-city hotel standards, aiming to maximize space while providing all necessary facilities. Regarding the view, while we cannot change the urban landscape, we do offer rooms with different views that may be more to your liking, such as street view, courtyard view, or church view. We are delighted that you appreciated our hotel's location, right in the heart of Brussels, just around the corner from the Grand Place and next to the fish market and shopping area, as well as the standard of our rooms consistent with the Ibis experience. However, we are truly sorry for the unwelcoming remarks you encountered upon check-in.
