le fort bruit des moteurs extérieurs de climatisation nous a gaché notre séjour, même avec les fenêtres fermées ! Nous avions une suite coté collines de Hollywwod au 5ème étage.

bon sejour mais 1 veste de femme disparue (laissée par erreur dans notre chambre mais non retrouvée ??? ) et surtout très compliqué de communiquer avec l'hôtel.... une boite vocale obligatoire pour dire qu'un vêtement a été oublié....par terribe pour un hotel de cette catégorie ! et surtout pas de trace de la veste !!??

Hôtel bien situé belle chambre Francis employé de l’hôtel aux petits soins En revanche, j’ai oublié ma montre dans la salle de bain. J’ai passé plusieurs appels pour le signaler. À chaque fois, on m’a répondu “je vous rappelle” j’attends encore depuis deux semaines
