Family of 2ad & 2 ch (9 yrs) stayed for two nights. Easy to get to. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great selection for breakfast. Reception area really clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would give 4.5 out of 5. The room was on the tight side with 4 of us but to be fair we only used it for sleeping / showering. Would return. There are a selection of restaurants nearby as well as the hotel restaurant itself.

The location was perfect. Right next to the Seine and Bercy Village with many small shops and an excellent selection of places to eat. Saying that, I had lunch and dinner at the hotel (restaurant & room service). The food was excellent, hot, fast delivery, perfect portion size. Zohra looked after me in the restaurant, and she could not have been more helpful and cheerful. She really brightened up my day (it was quite grey out there). If you are good at foot, the Notre Dam Cathedral is only a 40 minute walk away , but there is a good public transport link. The staff in general in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped with one of my favourite (more upmarket) shower gel/toiletries supplied in environmentally friendly large bottles to use there and then. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room I had was in general quiet (630), even thought it right next to the staff lift. I never heard a thing during bed time. Place the "do not disturb" sign on the door and blissfully - they leave you in peace and quiet. So all in all a most pleasant experience. The only fly in the ointment was partially my fault. I left my favourite beloved Flask in the hotel room. Once I contacted the hotel they came back to me very quickly (I think they already sent a message to me that I left it in the room). They use a service called Peekin I believe. Sadly the postage is around Euro 24. this is far more than I paid for the flask. On one hand I understand that sending lost property to dizzy people like me can be too costly - I think this amount is just too high. I better buy a new flask - lot cheaper. But for Paris - this hotel I would love to stay again and can recommend

The hotel is literally on the doorstep of the Bercy Metro station. Very convenient in that respect, but very far out from the city center and the tourist attractions. The Accor sports arena is right next door. Our room was comfortable, clean but a little tight. Luckily we just stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was very very basic, don't expect a big spread - if you want fried eggs, you need to make them yourself. Not sure if this is a Paris thing. It is good for a quick stop over.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - tuż przy metrze Bercy. Łatwo znaleźć, łatwo dotrzeć wszędzie. Obok jest Uroczy park oraz wybrzeże Sekwany - jeżeli ktoś lubi spacery i/lub bieganie. Fajne śniadania. Sprzątanie pokoi - idealnie!
