Otelinizin konumu iyi fakat bu 3. Kalışımda memnun olmadım. Sebebi temizlik ve oda klima havalandırma sistemi oldukça kötü. Alerjik astım problemim olduğu için 3 gün bana geceleri cehennem gibi geldi.

Very noisy room on the top floor

We checked in on December 31st and were assigned a room on the top floor, which turned out to be very noisy. There were two constant sources of noise: a low-frequency humming, likely from rooftop air-conditioning units; another continuous noise inside the room, possibly from refrigerant pipes or technical systems. The noise was present throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. We were told all rooms were fully booked, so nothing could be done that night. Fortunately, the next day we were moved to a quieter room, which helped, but the first night left a negative impression. It also seems the hotel has renovated and non-renovated rooms. We booked a room based on photos of a renovated room, but ended up in an older, non-renovated room, which did not match our expectations. Pros: good location, close to park, transport nearby. Cons: noisy rooms on the top floor, no kettle in the room (hot water requires walking around the hotel). Overall, the hotel is fine for location, but room assignment and noise control need improvement.

Cleaning lady took item that was not returned

The cleaning lady had taken from my room a nice cardboard bag from a Milanese niche perfumery shop. I had kept it carefully and I certainly had not disposed of it. The cleaning lady pretended that she had not taken it. The manager on duty reacted with the following sentence: « I trust the staff and I want to trust the customers ». He left me like this, my bag was not returned and I received no further feedback. How am I supposed to trust the cleaning staff or for that matter hotel management of Ibis after this experience? Trust is gone.

Excellent option for the city break!

We stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel was simple and nice. Our room was triple and big enough. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! Very big variety!!! The tram stop was next to the hotel. Also they offer parking with 30€ per day.

Merhaba kullandığım diğer otellerinize göre bakımsız bir otel . 509 nolu odada kaldım otel içinde iki asansörden biri bozuk olduğu için tek asansör çok beklemek zorunda kaldık ayrıca 5. Kat Holl kısmı kötü kokuyordu. Oda pencere bozuk tam kapanmıyor ve soğuk ile ses alıyordu klima çok sesli çalışıyordu . Ayrıca banyo lavabo içinden kötü kokular geliyordu banyo bataryaları aktif çalışmıyor yenilenmesi lazım. Duş alırken ani soğuk su girişi oluyor bataryalar eski .ayrıca otele özel mi aşığım paketlemi ilgili tam anlayamadığım şu ve kahve oda da yoktu .Bir önceki gün bologna mercure oteliniz sonrası çok kötü bir deneyim oldu .saygılarımla
