Mate1209 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

I have a very bad expérience with them... I book a night for 4 (so quite expensive) via booking, unfortunately I had to cancel the night so I did it via booking app 2 days before the arrival ! I don't know what happened but it seems that the hotel did not receive it ! I receive a message from my bank the next day telling me that I was debited by Novotel Toronto ! I call booking they said that they will call the hotel and I will get my money back... After 24h, booking inform me that the hotel refuses to pay me back and that I need to call them... I've tried many times, but it is impossible they simply not answer !!!! It is just not a way to treat customers !!

Clean, okay work space. many near by restaurants and easy access to public transportation if one wants to avoid rush hours traffic. When it comes to dining options, the Hotel does not offer many options . If you’re vegetarian, you’re out of luck. The hotel also doesn’t offer room service or online menu for convenience.. The two servers (Genet and Jin ) , in the restaurant demonstrate superb customer service skills. Hospitality at its best.

One of the most amazing stays I’ve had. Concierge suggested food and events and Adam was our breakfast and travel guru. Will be back to visit again. If you are looking for a travel experience or can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We enjoyed this hotel. Reception was very helpful and professional. The room was spacious and modern with nice updates touches. The bathroom was clean and well lite. The bed was very comfortable and good selection of pillow. We would stay here again.
