They went out of their way to be accommodating. Originally they had us on the 11th floor. When we discovered that their were hordes of young kids without masks waiting for elevators and making us feel uncomfortable they moved us to the 4th floor so we could take this stairs is we felt overwhelmed. Even though there is a “mask recommended” sign posted at the entrances this is left up to your own discretion even while the Covid numbers are through the roof in Ontario like everywhere else.

Room was in a state of disrepair and unclean Budget-style furnishings and room layout not aligned to its price point Front desk staff disinterested in stay; didn't even ask how the stay was Won't return and do not recommend

everything was excellent. hail to the cook, short menu but great food nice area near Yonge st. close to everything, pharmacies, cinema and lcbo lol. if need an hotel near that area , this is the one to try you wont be disapointed

We had a great time the service was very good right when we arrived , we were able to check in in advance which was good and we appreciate shower was nice and room service extremely fast very clean thanks

conveniently located just above the Metro. near many eateries, starbucks etc. great cooperative and understanding Front office team. everything is close by and walking distance away. comfortable rooms.
