bed was not stable so it looks it was not proper king bed and they just attached two bed and not comfortable to sleep specially on the edge. flash of the toilet was not working well. nothing in the bathroom like shaving kit, soap, and etc the card for the door was not working and i had to go 3 time to change and finally wait next to door for 15-20 min that somebody come to open the door for me !!!! also I canceled the booking for one night but the point which was deducted did not refunded after even 3-4 times sending email and still waiting for that i general did not have a good experiences at all

So Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

My experience at this hotel was unreal... surreal... for a couple of reasons. I've stayed at properties far more expensive, and with far bigger names than this one... and while I've received ok service at some of those, this particular Novotel just put them to shame. The staff were courteous, they did their job efficiently and provided a clean, comfortable stay mixed in with just genuinely friendly staff. The room was impeccable... the bathroom was spotless (trust me... I WILL spot anything in the room, and I am a hard grader... to hear this from me is unusual). From the morning when Adam greeted us and took care of me and my family (as well as taking care of our visiting family with the same politeness and friendliness), to Ghanet at night, where she set me in in a quiet corner of the restaurant so I can attend a 2 hour meeting oversees in peace (while she served me quietly, making sure I was fed and not thirsty through the two hour ordeal). Again, I've stayed at various properties including the best of Mariott's portfolio, and international hotels costing probably 6x what we paid at Novotel... but this place just punches outside of its weight class. Everything we asked for they got/they accommodated/they helped with. My other surprise was that I selected this hotel primarily due to location given family we wanted to visit, with limited expectations given some of the reviews I found online. On the conclusion of this stay, I can say this reviews may have been outdated. The only noticeable thing was the construction on Level 3, but there was no sign of it unless you visited level 3 for the vending machines. We need to visit Toronto regularly due to family in the area. Staying at this property is a no-brainer.

Thirty minutes on the metro from Union, the hotel is ideally located for those wanting a location convenient for public transit. It is also served by TTC buses and GO buses on Yonge Street. Friendly staff and good food.

A satisfactory stay, but nothing special. On the bright side, the cleaner on our floor was quite friendly and attentive. However, I'm afraid the free drink as a loyalty reward is a waste of time. The reward should be a free meal in the Trio restaurant. We've never eaten there as it always seems to be empty, giving the impression that it's unpopular for a reason.

Good nights rest ... DIDN'T HAPPEN!!

Guy In room next to me was Yelling on phone at 1:00 AM!! (Entire hallway could hear) Informed front desk, who came up, spoke with guy, and kept saying "No worries, no worries ..." to him. Then had to come back 10 min later for sane thing!! I should be compensated or given another night's stay, another time ... so far, management has not contacted me or offered to cure ... But did give excuses "It's not the hotel's fault" ... Do you think that should matter?? Take care of your guests!!!
