Good breakfast. Plenty of car parking. Very poor, cheap, ALL platinum amenity provided. I provided feedback to the manager but he didn’t appear interested. He then wrote a defensive, dismissive reply.

We have already replied to your comment regarding the complimentary gift for members above gold status. Just why you chose to bring this small matter up again on a different website I'm not sure. As I said to you personally and to your first review, the can of Vimto is one of the gifts (that we rotate) as it has links to Manchester. I'm sorry that the explanation and complimentary gift were not to your satisfaction.

Standards are being maintained a pleasant 2 night stay

Having stayed here before i was please to see the standards we well maintained. The room was clean and spacious as was the walk in shower in the accessible room. A massive large screen tv and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of cooked food cerials and a coffee machine that makes various coffees including latte and cappuccino.The cost of the breakfast is £12 if you book on arrival or £16 on the day. There are also meals available in the evening. BE AWARE that you must sign your vehicle in or any visitors as you will otherwise get a £100 fine. The John Gilbert pub next door (green king ) is also good to watch live football matches and the prices of food and drink are not too bad.

Absolutely faultless. I spend 50% of my life staying at another hotel chain that isn't "premier" at all. I visited Manchester to attend a convention and picked Novotel west as it was cheap enough and I expected the same 3* experience as the other chain. I was absolutely wrong! The bed is lovely and firm, unlike the other chain the quilt isn't too thick and stuffy. I've just booked 2 nights for valentine's weekend 2025 and I'm thoroughly looking forward to it.

A wonderful stay. Quick and friendly responses to all my emails. They made sure to remind us to register our registration plate for the free parking (there’s danger of a fine if you forget). I’d emailed beforehand and told them we were staying for my partners birthday and as soon as we checked in they’d left us a little surprise. Very appreciated! Breakfast had a good selection (Brie cheese and fresh baguette hit the spot for me!). It was a really nice bright area with plenty of seating. We enjoyed some drinks from the bar in the evening which again had plenty of comfy seats and was a welcoming environment. There was a wedding in one of the other areas of the hotel too and I didn’t realise they catered for this too. They didn’t affect the hotel guests but now and then you’d see happy faces from them passing through all dressed up.

A great place to stay with generally spotless premises and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious. Guests have free parking with EV charging as a bonus. I strongly recommend this sit for anyone visiting for business or pleasure.
