Not only was the decor outdated but not one staff that I encountered, smiled or even looked friendly. Front desk Staff looked like I was bothering her. For the price I paid for one night, I have had better service at Hampton Inn. Will not be staying again.

Good location of hotel, staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The only problem was my shower, the water pressure was very bad on the 10th floor.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Pullman. My only complaint was the parking. There were many cars that were utilizing park and fly which took up the majority of the parking lot. There should be a designated area for hotel guest. Especially since we paid $30 a night for parking.

I experience was actually pretty nice. Check-in was great the room was clean & spacious. However, I had to fix the TV and the 2 outlets that are on the lamp on either side of the bed were not working.
