WORST EHUTTLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This review is specifically for their paid shuttle service to MIA but since they don't offer a separate area for that reviews of that service, I have to put it here. Simply but, this is our WORST shuttle experience ever. There is no help when you arrive so you have to find a parking spot n the crowded lot, go to the lobby and ask for help as to what you need to do. The parking lot is self park so there are rows of vehicles parked randomly, making it difficult to get into the narrow parking spots. Then it's a LONG haul to the shuttle area with your luggage. going out was not bad. The shuttle took about 30 minutes which is what they advertise. coming in was a nightmare. WE WAITED ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR A SHUTTLE BACK TO THE HOTEL. We stood on the curbside in the Miami heat and humidity from 6PM t0 almost 8PM. They advertise shuttles every 30 minutes but don't believe it. They have far too few shuttles for the number of parking spots they sell. Don't waste your time. Tons of other options available.

We had confirm reservation for the hotel but despite coming to the hotel at 01:30 am the hotel staff told us that they are overbooked and shifted us to another hotel which was a 3 star hotel. We had no choice middle.of the night but the hotel was not only impolite but also disgraceful. This is the worst hotel experience of all time . Three rooms were booked for 60 year old couples . Such a harrasment after a long flight is a shame.to.the hotel

Overpowering smell of marijuana

Overnight stay following flight to Miami. Check-in was friendly and efficient. On reaching the 9th floor to enter our suite 0911 we remarked on the extremely strong smell of marijuana in the corridor and also to a lesser extent in the room. This was also mentioned to the porter who brought out luggage, nothing was said about relocating us. We thought the smell in the room might wear off but in fact got worse and when we returned after dinner the overpowering smell was extremely unpleasant. We were aware of the smell throughout the night and found it nauseating. With hindsight we should have complained at the front desk but we were tired after a long journey and just wanted to rest and sleep. We did inform the man at the front desk when we checked out and his response was simply ‘oh sorry about that’. I appreciate that for some people this may be completely normal but it is not something I or my husband wish to experience when paying a fairly substantial sum to stay at the Pullman.
