Hizmet kalitemizi yükseltmek adına renovasyon çalışmaları yürütüyoruz, ancak bu süreç sizi rahatsız ettiği için içtenlikle özür dileriz. Resepsiyondaki kiosk alanımızda su dahil çeşitli içecek ve atıştırmalıkların 7/24 temin edilebildiğini hatırlatmak isteriz. Very small rooms. if you face the side where the sun goes down you feel like you are in a sauna. On- suite bathroom minute. If you want to go to the in-house restaurant you will pay EUR 25 for a very average burger. The redeeming feature is that you are a 5 minute walk from an area with nice bars and restaurants.

The Ibis Hotel suited me well. It's fairly basic but comfortable and the restaurant was fine. Excellent breakfasts. One of the best things about the Hotel for me was that, as well as having controllable air con, you can open the windows! (I like having a window slightly open at night). The Hotel's location suited my requirements perfectly. There's a half-hourly bus service into Centraal Station, which takes only a few minutes, and it's only a ten-minute walk to the banks of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal, which was what I went there to see. Would definitely stay at the Ibis if I visit Utrecht again. Just one suggestion, - ask for a high floor.

This is my second year running to use this hotel at Utrecht. The reason I use this hotel are because value for money , as well as it is near to Jaarbeurs Utrecht a 20 minutes walk or a 5minutes bus from just outside hotel (no 5 bus) , this is where Dutch Comic Con took place around. Last and not least the friendliness of all the staff. Always helpful with a smile. To be honest this year the price of hotels around Utrecht is very comparable with Ibis, the hospitality of the staff I experienced last year really was a key deciding factor why I choose this hotel again. If I come to Comic Con next year, I will definitely consider using this hotel for the third year running . I wish all the best to the staff in Utrecth Ibis, you make our experience in Utrecht just this extra special.

It is a nice hotel. The location is good. Overall its worth the money. Will be back if in the area. Thanks to the staff at the reception who were very understanding. I had to rearrange the booking and add an extra night and the lady sorted it out with no issue
