Central but noisy

The hotel has a very central location with a vast variety of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant of its own, but an Italian pizzeria/restaurant is available en suite to the hotel lobby, and you can make orders from the reception. Beware of the location of your room; My room was very noisy indeed, being located on top of an Irish pub with outdoor serving! The breakfast was very French and very good with a variety of bread and cheese. Parking was somewhat difficult since there’s only limited public parking available.

This is definitely one of the better Mecure Hôtels I have stayed in and well worthy of its 4 stars. We received a warm greeting with all information available in French and English. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished with many extras in the bathroom along with robes and slippers, à free mini bar and nespresso machine. It was a deluxe room. Breakfast was incluent in the rate and it was excellent in terms of variety and quality. A member of staff regularly replaced food items as they were depleted. The hotel is close to the city centre in a quiet pleasant location. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Check out was fast and friendly. This is a hotel I would willingly return to and stay more than the one night. Well done to all the team.

Best hotel for Festival Inter Celtique in France. Great staff, especially Marina who is manager. Very clean throughout. Lovely restaurant attached. Quiet despite number of people outside building.

Visited today,there were two rooms available when we attempted to book one. Unfortunately the person at reception told us about breakfast etc. and by the time he was finished both rooms had been booked. I have never been told of a hotels facilities before booking before,its always post. Very annoyed at what happened,quite unbelievable.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city centre of Lorient, near le quai des Indes. The rooms are nice and cosy and well equipped for a pleasant stay. The beds are really comfortable for a good night sleep The only less good point was the breakfast, in such a quality hotel one would expect more choice
