I read some of the reviews on the hotel before going so I knew what to expect. It was mentioned that the rooms were warm due to windows not opening, the rooms were a little cramped, no power points near the bed and the decoration was a little out dated.... which was all correct. However we were provided with a fan in the room and there was an extension cable leading to the bed. Unfortunately my daughter saw that first and took that side of the bed. We were in Liege for a dance competition so didnt spend a great deal of time in the hotel but any bad points to the hotel were overlooked and we had a lovely stay. The room, even if it could have done with a touch of paint in some areas, was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great. The staff on reception were great, they were very friendly and tried their best to help us with taxis or busses. One man (didnt get his name but he was there tuesday - friday of our stay) even went as far as trying to teach us a little french and patiently let us practise our very bad french on him. We would happily stay here again if we were to come back to Liege.

Good location. Direct access from the parking. Very professional staff at the front desk. The windows don't open, not even by the hotel staff, and there is no air conditioning. They leave the doors open after you check out so the air inside gets refreshed. The building is shared with some offices. When we visited, the center of the city was undergoing major works so it was noisy and dirty.

The hotel has a good location for people that want to travel to visit the city. We have arrived there on the 29th of September, at around 19:30. If you stay more than 1 night, is certainly not worth it. There is no air conditioning in the room and you cannot even open the window. I am always sleeping with the window open, so I felt suffocated by the hot temperature in the room. I have arrived there, and the receptionist was talking on her personal phone, with the headphones in the ears. When we wanted to do the check in, she seemed annoyed. She gave us the key from the room and than I have asked her some information about the parking. Her answer was not helpful at all. However, that was not the problem, but the manner she said it. I was talking in French, than she starts in English. She made us feel like we are so stupid, like how is it possible to not understand how the parking system works? Later, I go again there to buy some water, I say “good evening”, she said nothing. I want to pay, and while talking on the phone she is like “hah, 5€”. The other staff was helpful and nice, but the first lady we met, she really disappointed us and changed completely our opinion about the hospitality in this hotel. If she hates her job that much, why not looking for another one? Furthermore, when going to the breakfast, most of the food was gone. There were no more pistolets and we asked the breakfast lady if she still had. Unfortunately she said that they are finished, but she can send someone to buy more, without any problem. We refused, because we now it is not her fault and we didn t want to give them more work than they have. *** the breakfast lady was the nicest (she was dressed in blue and had glasses) - she really deseves 5 stars The blond receptionist guy - always smiling and ready to help :)

If I know that Liege was a building place from a to å then I should not go here. But this is about the hotel. Good people in the reception. Room was okay I got one with bath tub that was half bath tub and almost not space for me. I had breakfast in my order and it was enough to choose from so I didnt left that hungry one day. I eat eggs and bacon. And typical more like french bakery product and apple juice and fruit. Hotel was good with marking on the map what they meant I should see the map they had was perfect. Wifi on room good. I slept very good but to give more on the dize then I already did I cant because I then think about all other hotels I stayed at this summer. This building have seen theyre best days its look very old. But for sleeping good choose. Buses goes often and I took it from central station maybe around 15 minutes. All good things to see from Liege You can walk from the hotel. But there are a lot of work in the town they making tram line so You have to walk around stop sign and this signs setted up. My nabour on the hotel was the royal opera and 4 minutes walking to palace and a lot of restraurant in a row.

Definetely recommend!

Best location in the city. You can walk anywhere you want. Room was not newly decorated but it was clean and neat. The stuff was helpful and cheerful also they can speak in English. I would definetely recommend that it was such a comfortable stay.
