Turned up early, having selected a pre-noon online check-in time, as I always have. The jobs-worth we encountered wanted £20 per room to facilitate this. I have stayed here more than 10 times and never encountered this previously. I told her that we would just store bags and check in later, but then found that we needed to pre-pay car park as that had been sold off to a private contractor. As we stayed an hour over 24 hours, I expected to be charged another few for parking. I offered to pay whatever was due, but was told that this would not be necessary. Whilst this was welcome, I am not confident and would not be surprised to be billed £100 by some random 3rd party. I stay at Accor hotels venues 10-12 Times a year. I might be finding a new provider...

Hotel well located on the edge of the Motorway links. Also very close to Heathrow airport. Room was large and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection to cover most tastes. Bar area was large open and bright with a reasonable selections of drinks available. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at if you need to get to the LHR airport quickly. It really is a 5 min drive away! The hotel is very modern and has a nice restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, I didn’t have get the chance to use the pool. The hotel staff was helpful and kind.

This is a nice hotel. I liked the lobby and bar area and the rooms are quite spacious. I find it a bit too expensive for what it offers though. Room service price of £5 seems to be also on the high side. What I didn't like the most is the car park payment system which is ridiculous. At reception desk they give you 3 options. Either install an app which has 1.5 star rating on Google Play, call some number to pay by card or pay at the machine with coins. I can't think of anything less convenient.

This was a very convenient place to stay. Easily accessed by Hotel Hoppa bus from both terminal 3 and terminal 5. The accomodation was comfortable and easily accesible. The check in and check out went smoothly.

雖然是聖誕，但房間一點空調都沒有，出風口一點風都沒有，小朋友和我倆竟然熱到出汗，找員工亦不容易，好像人手不夠，其後也有換房，因這間不見天日的房是不可樣人住的。房間大部份個人用品，如牙擦、牙膏、梳、棉棒、拖鞋、護髮和護膚用品等都沒有，非常難忘！

I stayed there on the 30th of December 30 to the 1st of January it was a disaster the heater in my room was broke the manager was not helpful I asked for my money back they would not give it back I could not breve in the room as I have asthma not happy The staff and the manager was not helpful very unpleasant

Hotel is located just off the M4 and easely reached. Parking limited with old fashion ticket machine with coins. Reception good and friendly personel , rooms good although little dated. Good breakfast with multiple choice.

Another great stay at Christmas, staff very friendly and welcoming, room clean and tidy as always, breakfast really great with large choice. Christmas lunch to die for. Many many thanks to all concerned

The hotel is a bit dated, and the wine is very expensive. However, the staff are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, professional and make the stay worthwhile. The housekeeping staff are also lovely. I like the location, as it is an east walk to West Drayton shops and services. The bar normally has sports on, the breakfast and pizza are really nice.

Unfortunately, the hotel has changed since we visited last. Parking is controlled by outside company, which reflects how poor the tidiness of the car park was. Tons of old rotting leaves everywhere and car park used as a holding area for a travel companies vehicles. Decor dated and not much atmosphere in the main reception area. Drinks very expensive so bring your own if you have children.

Nice time stay with family. Kids enjoyed a lot because there was a kids playing zone. Swimming pool also a good to make yourself relax. The rooms are tidy and clean, enough space to stay with your family’s. Nice location all facilities are good.

Very well maintained hotel value for money. Great rooms great staff. I was with my family very helpful staff at breakfast n reception as well. Special thanks to valley from reception and all the staff from breakfast team to make our stay memorable.

Not the nicest Novotel you can stay in. Rooms are dated and beds very firm and uncomfortable. Service in bar and restaurant was quite average and food was very mediocre for the price point. Overall I expected more from a Novotel as I know they can be much better than this.

The usual good standards of cleanliness, comfort and service are all there but with the added bonus of a restaurant serving good food. A rare find at an airport hotel! We enjoyed our brief stay immensely and will certainly return.
