One of the worst room experiences. The room was too small, the bathroom too, just one for all hair/face/body cleaning foam at the bathroom, no opening for the window to be aired, just a thrown away blanket. Apart from all these, the reception staff were not even aware was an invoice was, plus the fact I also sent them an email few days later and never received a reply…. Last but not least, we tried to have something from their vending machine but did not manage to, we asked the staff to help us, he did two attempts with our cart while even from the first time he knew the machine was not working, the cart was charged but we never got anything from the machine, and he just explained it is probably not working…

There are bed bugs in this hotel. I asked them for a refund and they refuse and they were not able to even provide a laundry service for the clothes affected by these bed bugs. It looks that this is not the first time that happen as I could see in other reviews, even though they said it was the first time that happen.

No fridge in the room, no minibar, no electrical outlet near the bed, no face or hand towels and the last day JUST ONE BATH TOWEL FOR TWO PERSONS! The reception desk reassured me that they would bring another towel but they never showed up! DISAPPOINTING FACILITIES IN EVERY ASPECT! Convenient position near palais des congres

Great trip to Paris, until the last day. My wife's purse got stolen in the restaurant during breakfast, after 2 minutes away from the table. I understand you can get mugged in the city, but did not expect this to be possible inside of the hotel. Reported the incident to staff, got told that the restaurant is a public area (?!) and that they can not review the camera footage without the police, which they would not call. Nor sure how you classify dining hall inside of the hotel, beyond reception, with a person checking breakfast vouchers private. No security staff showed up, although they have one. Catastrophic support and customer service and as demonstrated and for sure not a reassuring security. So, if by any chance you do visit, make sure you do not leave anything off your person at any time, even during meals. If it gets lost, you will not receive any help or assistance, other that misquotes of French laws.

The hotel is great for visiting Paris, which does not include staying in a hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the metro station is right in front of the hotel and you can quickly reach all the attractions you need to visit in Paris. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, delicious for everyone's taste. Otherwise, the rooms are small, the staff who work are not very friendly, but that is not so important, if you spend most of the day walking around Paris. All in all I would stay here again!
