Very basic and fire safety issue

1 star because the room we stayed in was not of a good standard! We stayed in room 100 Room was cold curtains were unclean and needed replaced walls were in very much need of fresh paint and the wood chip didn’t help either! We had a bathroom suitable for disabled (we weren’t) however I don’t think anyone in a wheelchair could have fitted in room as it was tiny! Shower was loose and we couldn’t raise it to stay in place when showering resulting in a very uncomfortable experience not the best after a long day in Paris.Also the bathroom was absolutely soaked and slippery post shower towels were small and had to be used to absorb the water still lingering on the floor! This was my main concern ..why was the only window in room nailed shut surely this is a major fire safety issue would not recommend this hotel to anyone even for a short break also we had to use restaurant next door which had a very small menu and if you wanted to sit in the bar in the evening for a few wines it was closed at weekends

It's a horrible hotel. Poor quality services, small and airless rooms. The windows don't open and the air conditioning doesn't cope. The breakfast is poor. Rude and inattentive staff. They don't pay attention to filling the bowls with food when they are empty!!! No fridge!!! Apart from the area that deserves it, everything is a disaster!!! The worst thing is that they don't even care!!!

The location was good , the room was small but clean .it was a nice stay.we could reach all important areas by train. I recommended staying there if you want a place just to sleep. Lidl market is five minutes walk from the hotel.Westfield is just two stops far from by metro but if you like walking it is also possible.

Just avoid the hotel and save yourself a lot of grief. The elevators don’t work 99% of the time. The rooms are not clean. The food in the restaurant is terrible. The place is on a spiral downhill. Don’t take your European vacation with it. Put t simple the place is crap.

One of the worst room experiences. The room was too small, the bathroom too, just one for all hair/face/body cleaning foam at the bathroom, no opening for the window to be aired, just a thrown away blanket. Apart from all these, the reception staff were not even aware was an invoice was, plus the fact I also sent them an email few days later and never received a reply…. Last but not least, we tried to have something from their vending machine but did not manage to, we asked the staff to help us, he did two attempts with our cart while even from the first time he knew the machine was not working, the cart was charged but we never got anything from the machine, and he just explained it is probably not working…
