Rebecca of front desk reception is very professional, patient and helpful, especially when handling customer’s requests (eg fix room key, checkout time flexibility, cleanup room etc). Besides, breakfast offered by hotel is value for money

Adequate hotel - staff training issues. Try harder Novotel/Accor !

Choir singing in massed choirs event at Royal Albert Hall, so it was a block booking. Rooms adequate, good breakfast, hotel facilities generally acceptable, handy for Tube. However, on checking in, twice we were given room keys, on arrival at the rooms, there were already guests in the rooms - most embarrassing. On third attempt, Duty Manager came with us to check third room - this time, there was no-one there. Given vouchers for two drinks each, inadequate for the stress after long coach ride from South Wales to London. On journey home, found that an important item had been mistakenly left in our room. Only one number to contact hotel Reception. This number rang and rang - a few times receiver picked up then quickly put back down again. Sent e.mail - no response. It took from Sunday to Tuesday evening to get an acceptable response. Purse was found, after 30 mins!

The hotel located at a well known area of Hammersmith, Arrived at the hotel a bit early and the staff did early check in with a smile. Room had all the facilities i needed, The Mirrors bar had all the good vibes which i needed for a Friday evening. Overall Excellent

We arrived at the hotel Thursday afternoon and we checked in at the 3rd Floor (room number 3090) and then we left for dinner. We came back about 22:40 The moment we approached our room there was a loud music that I could not undersrand from where was coming … It was impossible to talk to each other or watch TV or sleep. I called the operator . But nobody was answering. I kept calling room service, housekeeping, guest service … nothing ! I went down to the reception. It was already 23:30 and the receptionist told me that the music will end at 12 o’clock in the evening because of a going on party. I asked him if there will be a party also at Friday night , in order to change room , he assured me there will not be any party. Furthermore Friday at 06:00 about 20-25 teenagers were running & shouting at the corridors(!) Friday morning I asked again the reception if there will be a party in the evening and they said NO. We came back from dinner at 23:00, and the music was again very very very loud. I called the operator and they sent the security at 23:50 and he told me I was right to be upset but there is nothing to be done and the party will finished at 10’ meaning at 12 o’clock. Next morning I went again to the reception desk. They seem to have no idea about the party, but when I told them that Security checked already the problem, then they offered me another room at the third floor and a complimentary breakfast. Finally Saturday evening we could sleep with no music, but then we have another surprise … the room was extremely cold, and the AC’s heat mode was not working. I was so tired with the reception and the managers I did not say anything. The hotel is huge , so many rooms and I can understand it is difficult to manage but to have a party with extremely loud music into the hotel is unacceptable and very disrespectful to the guests. I would never go back.

There is nothing I hate more than a hotel that clearly wants you gone in the morning despite check out not being until 12pm. From house keeping repeatedly knocking on the door and trying to enter your room even with a do not disturb sign from 8:30am.
