Cozy hotel located in Cologne's suburb

Cozy hotel that is suitable for travellers who drive becasue it's really close to free way but no public transport. We booked 2 rooms to stay for 2 nights, and the experience was great. Both rooms are spacious with good layout. We had one queen bed and the other room had two single beds. Beds are comfortable which is a bonus for the amount of money we spent, good value. The bathroom is a bit dangerous because of its design, you are standing in the bathtub for showering and it's kinda slippery when it's wet, there are sharp corners of the vinity which you need to be careful not to hit it when you finishing shower and come out from the bathtub. Room decor is feeling a bit outdated, carpet is old but cleaned, not too worry to much about the cleanese, the housekeeper does a good job clean the rooms. There are good facilites in the hotel, eg swimming pool (indoor!), gym, and restaurant/bars. You also have Mc'Donalds, KFC, Aldi, etc in the neighborhood in case you need something that the hotel can't provide. Parking is also at a good rate if you need to park at the hotel. Overall, we had a great time staying in this hotel, we will choose it again next time when we visit Cologne.

Practical stop if you’re here on business, driving through, or heading for the football. The hotel sits close to the motorway with ample parking and a tram stop nearby (20–30 minutes into the city centre). Shops and a supermarket are just around the corner, so you’re not stranded. I was here for a seminar and the food at lunch was fine, with attentive service and staff who were genuinely approachable. Rooms were fine too – air con worked properly, and, rare luxury these days, the windows opened fully. Of course, if you do open them you’ll hear the hum of the main road or motorway, so best to choose your trade-off. If you want to stretch your legs, green areas are very close by. It’s easy to do a 5 km round walk (or go further if you’re keen), making it a handy base for walking or jogging. Overall, not a holiday hideaway but a practical choice: good for work trips, catching up with friends or family in the area, or a matchday stop near Cologne’s stadium. Verdict: I’d stay again when I need a functional base with parking rather than a city-centre address.

Pretty standard hotel on outskirts of the city. Staff were warm and helpful. Bedroom was functional and clean. We arrived late just in time for last orders in the kitchen which they accommodated kindly and we had a decent enough meal and a very welcome ice cold beer after a long day of travel. Good quantity of parking (for a fee) and electric car charging points (bring your own cable is standard in Germany). 20 mins drive and we were in the city itself.

Lovely hotel. Staff are exceptional. Lara is the restaurant in a lovely girl! Reception can not do enough for you. Rooms are good, spacious but pillows are horrendous, only complaint I have of the place. Dinner was lovely. Try to use BOLT to book a taxi because it is not cheap to get one at the airport for the 15 minute journey. Hotel is a little bit outside the city of Cologne but there is a train (really cheap) 2 minutes walk from the hotel that will have you in city centre in 10-15 minutes. Would recommend this place as you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
